What TV Channel is the Tour de France on?
UK viewers can watch the Tour de France live on ITV4 (free to air), Eurosport, Discovery +, GCN+, and Welsh broadcaster S4C.
Highlights are also available to watch each evening on ITV4 between 7pm and 8pm.
Who is the favourite to win the Tour de France?
Viewers can once again expect a fascinating Yellow Jersey duel between defending champion Jonas Vingegaard and two-time winner Tadej Pogacar.
Vingegaard ended Pogacar's winning streak last year with a stunning performance to claim his maiden Tour de France.
There's little separating the duo in the betting. Vingegaard is priced at 11/10 to double-up in 2023, while the 23/10 priced Pogacar will be gunning to reclaim the iconic jersey and in the process become the ninth rider to win Le Tour three times.
The big news for Ineos Grenadiers is the exclusion of former Tour de France winner Geraint Thomas, who finished runner-up at the Giro. Another one of their former Le Tour winners, Egan Bernal, is involved although he's way out at 100/1 in the outright market. Ineos have also confirmed that Tom Pidcock (66/1) is racing once again.
Like Thomas, Giro d'Italia winner Primoz Roglic won't be taking part, while outsiders for glory include 2022 Giro victor Jai Hindley (18/1), three-time Vuelta runner-up Enric Mas (28/1), and Ben O'Connor (33/1) who finished 4th in 2021.
Can Mark Cavendish set a new Tour de France win record?
After winning the final stage of the Giro d'Italia, British cycling icon Mark Cavendish will now look to break the all-time win record in his final Tour de France.
The Manx Missile, 38, currently has 34 Tour stage wins on the board, level with Eddy Merckx.
Cavendish has been handed odds of 6/4 (Paddy Power) to win a race in this year's Tour and thus make history.
