Every year the best of British in the arts is celebrated at the annual Brit awards. 2022 was the first year in which categories were not gendered and with the same criteria applying in 2023 there has been much controversy over the fact all five nominees for artist of the year are male.
Central Cee, Fred Again, George Ezra. Harry Styles and Stormzy will be hoping to win the vote and scoop the prestigious gong on February 11th 2023 and viewers will be able to watch the glamourous awards show live on ITV.

Styles once again is well fancied in this category, but it will be interesting how B.O.T.A does as a song that gained notoriety on TikTok, a platform that is becoming more popular for catapulting songs into the stratosphere and mainstream consciousness.
