Defending Nations League champions Spain, who also claimed victory at Euro 2024, lead the betting as 9/4 favourites to lift the trophy once again. Spain played out an exciting 5-5 aggregate draw in the quarter-finals against the Netherlands but held their nerve to win 5-4 on penalties.

There are four leagues in total. The top three leagues (A, B & C) each contain 16 countries who are split into four groups of four, then the bottom league (D) consists of two groups; one of four teams; the other of three teams.
The four winners and four runners-up of the four groups in League A progress through to the quarter-finals, then the four winners of those fixtures progress through to the Finals.
