Comparing Football Odds

Our football odds comparison tool offers you an easy way to find the best odds for your bets. To get started, you can search for odds by date or competition, such as the Premier League, La Liga or Bundesliga. If you know when a match is kicking off, you can hop straight to the date in question. If not, you can simply select the league you’re interested in from the competitions tab to see all the upcoming matches.

Once you've found the match you want, you can quickly compare bookmakers and see which sites are offering the best odds for the game by clicking 'Best Odds' in the drop-down menu. Alternatively, you can filter results to show only football betting odds from a specific bookie. Remember, you can customise our displays to suit your preference by switching between fractional and decimal formats. You can also show betting odds as percentages.

When you find the best price for your bet, click on the bookmaker's logo to head over to the site to place your bet. If you don't already have an account, signing up at any of our featured betting sites is easy and often puts you in line for a bonus.

Premier League Odds

What Odds are Available for Football

The football calendar is action-packed. Here are some of the greatest football leagues, competitions, and tournaments you can place bets on at online betting sites:

  • Premier League – Founded in 1992 and contested by 20 top-flight clubs, the English Premier League is one of the world’s most popular sporting leagues. Seasons run from August to May, with clubs playing 38 games each. The current EPL Champions are Liverpool, who won the league in Arne Slot's debut season at the helm.
  • Champions League – Founded as the European Cup in 1955, the annual UEFA Champions League competition is held between top-division football clubs from Europe. The 71st season of the Champions League is scheduled from 8th July 2025 to 30th May 2026. PSG are the defending champions after the French side lifted the trophy for the first time in 2024/25.
  • World Cup – Inaugurated in 1930, the World Cup is contested by FIFA’s senior men’s teams. The tournament is usually held in summer, though the 2022 Qatar World Cup took place in winter. The FIFA World Cup 2026 will play out across Canada, Mexico, and the United States. Years of qualification matches beforehand equal plenty of betting options in the run up.
  • European Championships  – Held every four years since 1960, the next edition in Germany will be the 17th European Championship. Spain are the defending champions after they beat England in the final of the Euro 2024 tournament. Euro 2028 will be co-hosted by England, the Republic of Ireland, Scotland, and Wales, and will take place between 9th June and 9th July 2028.
  • Nations League - The Nations League is an international European football competition which began in 2018 and has since been won by Portugal (twice), France, and Spain. The next edition will commence in 2026, with the finals scheduled for June 2027.
  • Women's European Championships – The Women's Euro 2025 takes place in Switzerland between 2nd and 27th July 2025. England head into the tournament as the defending champions following their success on home soil last time around.
  • Women's World Cup – Contested every four years since 1991, the Women's World Cup has been dominated by the US who have won four of the nine tournaments, including two of the last three editions. However, it was Spain won claimed the spoils in 2023. Brazil will host the 2027 World Cup between 24th June and 25th July 2027.
  • La Liga – Founded in 1929, La Liga is Spain’s top professional football league. 20 teams, including Barcelona and Bilbao, battle it out for the number one spot. The defending champions are Barcelona, who won their second title in three years.
  • Bundesliga – Established in 1963, Germany’s professional association football league Bundesliga is contested by 18 teams in an annual season running between August and May. Bayern Munich won their 34th title in 2024/25.
  • Serie A – First played in the 1929–30 season, Italy’s Serie A is a round-robin tournament contested by 20 of the country’s best football clubs. Teams compete to win the Serie A trophy, called the Scudetto, and the Coppa Italia. Napoli claimed the league’s top spot in 2024/25, nudging out Inter Milan on the final day.
  • Scottish Premiership – The highest division in Scotland sees 12 teams compete from August to May, with the teams playing each other four times in the course of the season. Glasgow’s Celtic and Rangers have dominated the SPL with 55 titles each.
  • FA Cup – The oldest cup competition in football, the FA Cup is one for the dreamers. Every semi-professional club in the country has the right to take part, which has thrown up some memorable cup ties over its 150-year history. The FA Cup is a knockout competition, with the semi-finals and final played at Wembley.
  • League Cup – English football’s second cup competition, the League Cup is another straight knockout competition. At the semi-final stage, ties are played over two legs, home and away.
  • Europa League – After the Champions League, the Europa League is Europe’s second biggest club competition. It follows the same format as the Champions League, with a group stage followed by knockout rounds played over two legs, while the winners progress into the next season's Champions League. Tottenham won the competition in 2024/25.
  • Conference League UEFA introduced a third European club competition in 2021/22 called the Europa Conference League. Roma won the inaugural tournament, with West Ham, Olympiacos, and Chelsea since lifting the trophy. The Conference League also follows a group stage and knockout round format.

Odds for Different Markets

Just as there are many different football games to bet on, there are also many ways to place football bets online. Let’s look at some of the different ways to wager on the beautiful game:

  • Match Outcome – One of the simplest bet types in football, a match outcome bet predicts if a match will end in a win, loss, or draw at the end of 90 minutes. For example, you could make a pre-match bet that Man United and Liverpool will draw.
  • Correct Score – A correct score bet requires you to predict the exact score at full time. This isn’t always easy, so if you bet on Arsenal to beat Chelsea 4–2, for example, you’ll get better odds than if you simply bet on Arsenal to win.
  • Over/Under – These bets see you decide if the total number of goals scored at full time will be more or less than a number set by the bookie. For example, you might bet that the total goals scored in a Brighton vs Fulham game will be over or under 2.5.
  • Goalscorer – With goalscorer bets, you can bet on the first and last players to score in the match. And, if you’ve been impressed by a couple of new players lately, or have a favourite striker, you can back them to score too.
  • Accumulators – Known as accas, accumulator bets wrap up several wagers on different games into one bet. The combined odds mean players can profit big if all legs on the bet slip win. Top sites also offer same game accas.
  • In-Play Betting – In-play betting means betting on events already underway. Most top bookies offer live betting on football matches, and, for international soccer, many also offer live streaming so you can watch as you bet.
  • Both Teams to Score – The BTTS market requires you to bet on whether both teams will score at least one goal each during the match. Many bookies allow you to drill down further and make your predictions for the first or second half of the game.
  • Card Betting – Card betting allows you to bet on the number of yellow or red cards that will be shown during the match. In card betting, you can also predict things like the first player to be booked, as well as if a particular player will receive a card.
  • Bet Builder – A bet builder is a feature of most football betting sites, where punters are able to add multiple selections from different markets and matches into one bet slip. At the Women’s Euro 2025 for example, your bet builder could include a goalscorer in Spain vs Portugal, a yellow card for Lucy Bronze in England’s game against France, and over 9.5 corners in Wales vs Netherlands.
  • Player Shots on Target – If you think one player will have several chances to score in any given match, you can bet on how many shots on target you think they’ll have. Be aware that deflected shots will likely not count.
  • To Win to Nil – Bets of this kind will only pay out if the team you’ve backed wins without conceding a goal.
  • Double Chance – Feeling indecisive? Double chance wagers hedge your bets, covering both the win and the draw. So, with these bets, you’ll only lose your stake if the team you’ve backed loses the match.

Live Football Betting Odds

The popularity of live football betting has soared in recent years, and little wonder. In-play betting offers a more interactive betting experience, allowing you to wager on live football matches from kick off until the final whistle. This gives you a chance to react to the action on the pitch and choose your bets accordingly. Live football odds can fluctuate depending on play - if a team scores or a player is sent off, for example - so if you spot a good price, it can pay to get on it quick.

Many of our featured football betting sites also pack in extra perks like live streaming and animations, expert betting tips, and up-to-date stats - all of which can help you make more profitable in-play betting decisions. Remember to check out our bookmaker reviews to find a site that has all the perks you want.

When you enjoy live betting on football, you’ll come across some betting options that you won’t find pre-match, which only helps to make the game more thrilling! Here are some of the most popular in-play betting options for the beautiful game.

  • Next Goalscorer – This bet sees you predict the player who will score the next goal in the game. For example, you might bet that Mo Salah will knock one in for Liverpool against Brighton.
  • Method of Next Goal – Here, you’ll be betting on how the next goal will be scored. This could be from a free kick or a corner, for example. However, if play is getting a bit angsty, you might want to bet on the next goal coming from a penalty.
  • Total Number of Corners in Next 5/10/15 Minutes – This live football bet tests your ability to read the game in question, inviting you to predict the total number of corners to be taken in a set time frame.
  • Double Chance in the Remainder of the Game – This bet sees you predict which team will win or draw in the second half of the game. The overall match result won’t make a difference to the outcome of this bet.
  • Clean Sheet for Remainder of the Game – To place this football bet, you’ll need to decide if a team will concede any goals in the second half of the game. This can be a good option if one of the goalkeepers is looking unbeatable.
