Arsenal vs. Liverpool Bet Builder Tips: 40/1 double for Sunday's game from the Emirates

Arsenal will look to continue their tremendous start to the season on Sunday when they welcome Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool to the Emirates. Here at BettingOdds.com, we’ve taken a look at some player stats that will hopefully lead to some profitable punting on Sunday.
We’ve taken a look at shots, goals, cards, and tackles and have put together a Bet Builder that we like the look of. The double can be backed at 40/1 with Paddy Power at the time of writing.
Arsenal vs Liverpool Bet Builder Tips
The first half of this 40/1 Bet Builder comes from the ‘to be carded’ market, where we are siding with Gabriel Jesus to find his way into Michael Oliver’s notebook. It’s been a superb start to the season for the Brazilian who has transformed the Gunners attack with his finishing as well as his constant pressure and dedication to close players down.
It’s also interesting to see that no player in the entire division has committed more fouls this season than Gabriel Jesus (17), who is averaging 2.1 per game. When it comes to card-collecting he has four this term in just eight matches. He’s still liable to throw the toys out of the pram when things don’t go his way in my opinion, but with only two players in the league having been carded more in 2022/2023, I think 9/2 for him to pick up his fifth of the season on Sunday in a big game against Liverpool looks very appealing.

Granit Xhaka has scored as many goals in the Premier League this season as Mo Salah and after a tough time over the past few years, he is now producing some of his best football with the fans full behind him.
This season Xhaka has taken up a new role in a very much a 4-1-4-1 system which leaves Thomas Partey as the only holding midfielder. When Arsenal have the ball Zinchenko effectively becomes a central midfielder allowing Granit Xhaka to become front of a front-five and cause a bit of chaos in the attacking department. With this new fluid role, he is a lot higher up the pitch than in previous season’s and has the license to make a lot more decisive passes. This was shown by his five touches inside the area against Spurs in contrast to just two that Harry Kane made.

Xhaka has provided three assists this season in the league and this selection of him to score or assist with Paddy Power has landed in four of his eight matches so far this term. He’s priced at 5/1 to make an assist with bet365 and I therefore think this 6/1 to score or assist represents plenty of value on Sunday.
Combining that with Gabriel Jesus to be carded pays 40/1 with either Betfair or Paddy Power, which looks well overpriced considering the data so far this season.
