Mansfield suffered their first loss of the 2023/24 season as they were knocked out of the EFL Cup by Port Vale on Tuesday. The Stags had the chance to reach the last-eight of the competition for the first time in their history, however they must now focus their attention on a different trophy as they welcome Welsh opposition to Field Mill. Paul Mullin to Score and be Carded
Paul Mullin played a massive role in Wrexham’s FA Cup journey in 2022/23. The striker scored in all five of their cup matches last term, bagging eight goals in total which included a goal against Coventry and in both matches against Sheffield United in the fourth round.
Mullin has scored in three of the nine league starts he has made for Wrexham this season, but notably he has also been carded in all three of those matches.
