With both teams possessing so much talent, it should be a cracking game and the bookies are struggling to separate them, with the hosts narrow favourites at 6/5 and the visitors at 12/5 in the Germany v Portugal odds markets.
Player Stats
Match Stats
There's a mouth-watering clash in Group F on Saturday 19th June, as Portugal go up against Germany for a place in the last-16. The game will be played in Munich at the Allianz Arena.
Germany have had the beating of Portugal in recent history, running out as victors in their last four meetings. The last time the two sides met was at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, where eventual champions Germany won 4-0. Prior to that, the two locked horns at the 2012 European Championships, where Germany won 1-0.
Portugal are a much stronger outfit these days, however, so it will be really interesting to see how they fare against Germany at Euro 2021. They did get off to a great start with a 3-0 win over Hungary, while Joachim Low's men were defeated by tournament favourites France 1-0.
