Pep Guardiola
Pep Guardiola
Pep Guardiola is widely regarded as one of the best managers working in the game today.
The Spaniard led Barcelona and Bayern Munich before taking charge of Man City in 2016.
Guardiola finished empty-handed in his first season with the Citizens, but then stormed to 2017/18 Premier League glory, smashing a host of records along the way. He also won the League Cup during a very successful campaign.
He's gone on to add three more Premier League titles, the FA Cup, and a further three League Cups, while City finished runners-up in the Champions League in 2021.
After a year at the helm of Barcelona B Guardiola made the step up to the senior team in the summer of 2008, and proceeded to mould together one of the greatest club teams of all time, leading the Catalan club to a plethora of trophies up until his departure in 2012.
Guardiola has since won a hat-trick Bundesliga titles, while he has also hoisted two DFB-Pokals, UEFA Super Cup, and the FIFA Club World Cup.
Guardiola's drive, passion, and will to win is now legendary, while he is well known for his aggressive, free-flowing, passing style of football, which transformed Barcelona into a real juggernaut.
