Xabi Alonso is the manager of Real Madrid after leaving his post at Bayer Leverkusen, with whom he led to the Bundesliga and German Cup double in 2023/24.
He previously oversaw Real Sociedad B, a post he held for three years.
Alonso revealed on 9th May 2025 that he wil be leaving Bayer Leverkusen in the summer, fuelling rumours that he's set to become the new Real Madrid manager.
