The game will take place at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and will not be televised in the UK as it kicks off at 3pm BST.
The Clarets sit in 19th spot and are five points adrift of safety, meaning they will be relegated regardless of their own result if Nottingham Forest beat Chelsea in the late kick-off.
Spurs need a perfect run themselves, combined with a collapse from Aston Villa, if they are to secure a place in next season’s Champions League - while their hold on fifth spot and a Europa League place is not totally secure.
Tottenham have lost each of their last four games, but they have beaten Burnley twice this season, in the league and the FA Cup, and should be fancied to collect a much-needed three points here.
Tottenham vs Burnley Tips
Spurs may have lost their last four games but they have had some tough games in that run, facing two of the three title contenders as well as making trips to in-form Newcastle and Chelsea.
At home, Ange Postecoglou’s men have been in solid form with nine wins and three defeats in their last 12 games - and they should be able to brush aside this Championship-bound Burnley outfit.
The Clarets are scrapping for survival but there was little to suggest they have any fight left in a dismal 4-1 defeat at home to Newcastle last weekend.
That result may not have been the final nail in the coffin mathematically in terms of their survival bid but it all but confirmed they will be playing in the second tier next season, and they may well struggle to pick themselves up for this tough trip.
Spurs have scored at least twice in six of their last seven home games and have a chance to get back to winning ways in style here. The North Londoners won 5-2 at Turf Moor earlier in the season and an early goal could potentially open the floodgates.
Burnley had shown a bit of resolve prior to their collapse against the Magpies but when they do lose the games tend not to be close.
Three of their last five losses have been by more than two goals and they have failed to score in four of those defeats, so Spurs can cover a -2 handicap here.
Richarlison came off the bench in Spurs’ 4-2 defeat at Liverpool and produced a sensational cameo performance with a goal and an assist in 30 minutes.
That display may well see him restored to the starting XI when Burnley visit, and he looks a good contender to open the scoring.
The Brazilian has a solid 11 goals in 28 games this term in what has been a bit of a stop-start campaign.
Richarlison has scored in back-to-back games twice this term and will come into Saturday's game in confident mood following his performance against Liverpool, so he looks an interesting option to open the scoring.
