Next This Morning Host Odds: Abbey Clancy leads the market

First, it was Phillip Schofield leaving This Morning and now Holly Willoughby has announced that she will depart. But who on earth will replace the duo? Well luckily for us bookmakers have opened up the betting market for the next This Morning host and we’ve taken a look through the odds.

Abbey Clancy - EVS

Abbey Clancy comes in as the favourite to be the next This Morning host at EVS. Following the success of the podcast she runs with her husband Peter Crouch, she is reportedly interested in going into presenting. 

Various papers are suggesting she could bring Peter Crouch with her to This Morning which would be a serious coup for ITV. 

Alison Hammond - 7/2

Alison Hammond is next in the betting and she’s already made various appearances on This Morning through the years and is now a veteran in the showbiz industry. 

She and Dermot O’Leary have been running the Friday edition of the show and she recently responded to her becoming the permanent host by saying “Friguys” implying that she will remain as a Friday only host.

Josie Gibson - 6/1

Josie Gibson is next and whilst she may currently be pre-occupied with I’m a Celebrity, she’s hoping to land the Next Morning presenter gig. She’s one of the favourites to win I’m a Celeb this year and if she does go down as Queen of the Jungle, ITV might get her signed to the show.

Rochelle Humes - 8/1

Up next in the betting is Rochelle Humes who is another presenter who has worked on This Morning. Much like Alison Hammond she has been co-hosting with Dermot O’Leary and with her already having the experience, you can see why she’s in the mix.

Steph McGovern - 8/1

Steph McGovern is priced at 8/1 to replace Holly Willoughby on This Morning. She previously hinted that she’d be open to taking the job on her show Steph’s Packed Lunch. The show has since been axed and considering she’s out of work it could be a great option.

This list goes on and on and we could go forever naming names, it looks like Abbey Clancey and Peter Crouch could take This Morning by storm but there’s a whole host of names in the betting if you fancied trying your luck.
