I'm a Celebrity Odds 2022: Jill Scott favourite to be crowned Queen of the jungle

I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here starts on Sunday 6 November for what will be the 22nd series of the show that started back in 2000.
The official line-up has been released and there are a few interesting names that make the squad for this year.
We’ve taken a look at the winner odds from the bookmakers and have also taken a look back at previous winners: from Tony Blackburn through to Danny Miller.
Who is the favourite?
Jill Scott has been instilled as the early favourite to be crowned Queen of the Jungle. Some firms go as short as 3/1 on the recent European Championship winner to go the distance Down Under, with those odds implying a 25% chance of her being victorious. Scott is an MBE and made an incredible 161 appearances for the Lionesses before retiring in August.
The Market
It’s worth noting that bet365 are one of the only bookmakers to offer an each-way option on this market, with three places available at 1/5.
What price is Matt Hancock?
On Tuesday it was reported that the former Secretary of State for Health and Social Care will join 10 others in the Jungle.
Hancock has since been suspended as a Tory MP and will be looking to improve his public image after being caught having an affair in his Whitehall office back in 2021.
Bookmakers don’t fancy Hancock’s chances of winning the public over, with bet365 and William Hill going 20/1 for him to be King of the Jungle.
Who are the other leading contenders?
Former English Rugby union star Mike Tindall comes next in the betting and is vying for favouritism with Gill Scott at around 4/1 with several bookmakers.
Tindall is married to Zara Phillips, the daughter of Princess Anne, and is then followed in the market by reality tv’s Olivia Attwood at 5/1. Attwood found fame on Love Island back in 2017 and is the fiance of Blackburn Rovers footballer Bradley Dack.
Pop Legend Boy George will be heading to the jungle this winter and can be found at a current best price of 8/1 with bet365. The lead singer of Culture Club is then closely followed in the market by Radio royalty in the form of Chris Moyles. The current Radio X presenter can be backed at a stand-out best price of 10/1.
