Bengals vs Titans Betting Tips: Cincinnati to maintain hot streak in Divisional Round

As part of our expanding sports coverage here at BettingOdds.com we have a weekly NFL Acca and also match previews and betting tips for all the playoff games, leading right up to Superbowl LVI, which you can find on our NFL page. We've asked our US sports specialist @OddsTerrier to check out the Cincinnati Bengals trip to the Tennessee Titans and provide two picks for your attention.
In my NFL Wildcard preview last week I tipped up the Bengals to cover the spread versus the Raiders and they managed that comfortably. QB Joe Burrow was pretty much flawless, as was rookie WR Ja'Marr Chase who went for 116 receiving yards. Here though, they come up against the #1 seed in the AFC, the Tennessee Titans who went 12-5 in the Regular Season. With big RB Derrick Henry back on the Titans roster after a long enforced injury layoff, the Titans will be looking to get back to the Super Bowl for the first time since 1999. I've studied the form and the odds and have two tips for all the gridiron fans out there.
Cincinnati Bengals vs Tennessee Titans Tips
This game will be an intriguing clash of styles. The Titans ran the ball more than any other NFL side this season and will be buoyed by the return of figurehead Running Back Derrick Henry. Questions remain about his fitness after a nine week break and a lot will depend on that here. The Bengals are more of a pass first offense and if QB Joe Burrow and star WR Ja'Marr Chase can link up again early then the Bengals could be tough to catch. No one knows how the Titans will be after a week sat on the side lines. It's a fine line between rested and rusty.
I really fancy the Bengals to cover the line here. They are on a march and will be a threat to any side.
I tipped up this same selection last week and it was extremely close to hitting. Chase went for 116 yards and almost got in the end zone on a couple of occasions. Ja'Marr was drafted 5th in the 2021 NFL Draft and right now looks like the best pick of the first round. The 21-year-old from LSU has torn up the National Football League this year and has broken several records including most receiving yards in a game for a rookie (266) and most receiving yards in a season by a rookie. He's also accumulated 13 receiving touchdowns along the way.
Paddy Power priced this at 9/2 last week and this week it's even larger at 11/2. I think Chase will cover the yardage so it's just a matter of if he gets in the end zone. I think he will.
