As it stands, Tottenham are in 5th on 63 points, so Newcastle (6th, 57 points) still have the opportunity to snatch a Europa League spot should they win their remaining two matches away to Man Utd and Brentford, and Spurs suffer a defeat at relegated Sheffield United.
Perhaps more likely, is a 6th place finish, which will result in qualification for the Europa Conference League play-off round. With two games to go, The Toon are level on points with Chelsea, while Man Utd - who can't catch Spurs - are a further three points behind in 8th (see table below for the standings).
The momentum is with Eddie Howe's side following a return of five wins and just one defeat from their last eight matches. They've scored 4+ goals in each of their last three wins, including a 4-0 demolition of Spurs, and have won their last three consecutive games against Man Utd.
The season's end couldn't come quicker for Erik ten Hag's underperformers, who have scrapped one win in eight Premier League games and have lost damaging back-to-back matches to Crystal Palace (4-0) and Arsenal (1-0). The defeat to The Gunners last weekend was alarmingly their 19th in all competitions this season.
It's the visitors who edge the match result odds at 11/8, Man Utd are 13/8 to claim a rare win, with a draw available at 3/1.

Man United vs Newcastle Tips
The contrasting form of the teams combined with key injuries to Man United's personnel points me in the direction of a Newcastle win.
Newcastle have a swagger about them following a return of four wins in six matches, which includes seven points on the road against Fulham (1-0), Burnley (4-1), and Brighton (1-1).
On top of this, they have beaten Man United in each of the last three meetings, all of which have been to nil, including a 3-0 League Cup victory at Old Trafford earlier this season.
Old Trafford has been anything but a happy stomping ground for the hosts, whose nine home defeats this term represents their joint-most in a season, with the likes of Fulham, Bournemouth, Crystal Palace, and Brighton all claiming wins at The Theatre of Dreams.
I'm also banking on under 3.5 goals on Wednesday night, a bet that's landed in the last six meetings between the sides and the last three duels at Old Trafford. Man United have scored just one goal in their last three games - against Burnley - while Newcastle have only scored more than one goal in one of their last 10 league visits to Old Trafford.
Finally, I'm looking to the in-form Alexander Isak to have over 1.5 shots on target. The Toon striker has accumulated more shots on target (40) than any Newcastle or Man Utd player this season and has hit the 2+ SOT mark in seven of his last 10 games; scoring 10 goals during this period.
The Swede has extra motivation given that he's third in the Golden Boot standings (20 goals) and will be licking his lips against a makeshift Man Utd defence which features the hopelessly out-of-sorts Caseimero, who has endured two error-strewn games against Palace and Arsenal.
Wrap these three bets in a Bet Builder bundle and you get yourself odds of 17/2 with BetMGM.
