To kick-off our three-pronged punt we are backing Phil Foden to find the net anytime in the match. The Manchester City man has been backed into second-favourite to claim the PFA Player of The Year award behind his teammate Rodri, after a string of impressive performances over the last few months.
Foden bagged a sensational brace in the 3-1 win over Manchester United seven days ago and looks to be hitting form at just the right point of the campaign. In total, Foden has scored 17 goals across all formats for City this season, including six in his last six top-flight outings. Against Liverpool, the 23-year-old has three goals in six Premier appearances against Liverpool.
Wataru Endo has put in some eye-catching displays when he has been called upon this season, and looks set to make the starting XI on Sunday due to Liverpool’s injuries. When it comes to card-collecting, Endo has been booked in 54.5% of his Premier League starts and we make him a prime suspect to pick up another here. The Japanese midfielder has also been carded in the Europa League and League Cup for Liverpool since his arrival last summer and may struggle against the likes of Kevin De Bruyne.
The final selection we have opted for is Bernardo Silva to be carded. The majority of Bernardo’s bookings tend to come against sides towards the top end of the table. This is clear to see with the five-time Premier League winner having collected more yellows against Liverpool than any other opponent in his career with six cautions in total.
