What a three days of racing we have had so far at the Cheltenham Festival. Thursday saw Teahupoo scoop the feature race of the day, the Stayers Hurdle, while Dan Skelton added another two winners, taking his tally for the week to four. The highlight of Friday will be the Gold Cup, with Galopin Des Champs aiming to make to back-to-back victories in the race, however our man TwoPoundPunt also has a runner of his own in the County Hurdle. Read below about his four selections for Friday which he's combined into an each-way yankee.

Cheltenham Day 4 Tips
1:30pm - Triumph Hurdle - Salver
For my first selection I've taken.a lean towards Salver in the Triumph Hurdle. With no course form amongst the field this horse ticks a couple other boxes having won twice on soft and also at the distance. He arrives here having won on his last 4 starts and is still very much unexposed. At the current prices, I think he makes plenty of appeal.
2:10 - County Hurdle - Hansard
How can I not? I will be there in person to cheer on my very own boy, Hansard. However, he is not going just to make up the numbers. He was a winner on handicap debut in November and was no way discredited with a close 5th at Ascot in conditions that did not suit.
2:50pm Albert Bartlett Novices' Hurdle - Gidleigh Park
Out of all the horses that line up for the Albert Bartlett, Gidleigh Park is the only one with a win at the track. In this sort of race it should help to settle the horse down in what should be familiar surroundings. Gidleigh Park has now won on his last four starts and Harry Fry has spoken very fondly of what this horse could be.
3:30pm - Cheltenham Gold Cup - Galopin Des Champs
He has won two of his three races at Cheltenham, including his victory in this prestigious race last year when getting the best of Bravemansgane. Galopin Des Champs very much sets the standard here, for what has been his target since that win 12 months ago.
