Sunday is the final day of the Premier League season with all 20 teams in action at 4pm (BST). Burnley take on Nottingham Forest at Turf Moor and we’ve got Anthony Eadson on hand to provide us with his best bets.

Already relegated Burnley have endured a fairly miserable campaign and have accrued just 24 points and won only five matches. The club look set to stick with manager Vincent Kompany for next season in the Championship and are sure to be one of the favourites to bounce back to the top-tier at the first attempt.
Heading into Sunday Nottingham Forest are three points above Luton in 18th, but do have a far superior goal difference. It would take a defeat for Forest along with a 12 goal swing to mean that Nuno Espirito Santo’s are relegated, meaning they almost guaranteed a spot in the Premier League for the 2024/25 campaign.
Burnley vs Nottingham Forest Tips
The first bet that I’m backing on Sunday is for Nottingham Forest’s Callum Hudson-Odoi to record Over 0.5 Shots on Target and Over 1.5 Shots. At the time of writing, this selection is best priced at 5/6 with bet365, compared to around 1/2 with other firms such as Parimatch or Sky Bet.
The former Chelsea man made the switch to Nottingham back in September for a reported £3m with a further £2m in add-ons. That fee looks somewhat of a bargain nine months later after a strong first season for his new employers.
Taking a look back at his shooting statistics over the last couple of months, this bet of him to have at least two shots, with one of them being on target, has landed in seven of his last eight matches.
Over that period of eight matches Hudson-Odoi averages 2.75 shots per game and 1.5 shots on target per game and a meeting with Burnley provides a good opportunity for him to let off several attempts.
Burnley have conceded at least once in each of their last 19 top-flight matches and for my longshot I’m backing Hudson-Odoi to score from outside the area at 22/1.
The 23-year-old has scored on eight occasions in the Premier League for Forest, with three of those coming in his last two matches, after a brace against Sheffield United and a goal against Chelsea.
Three of his eight goals this season have arrived from outside the penalty area and with confidence high I’m willing to take a punt on a repeat here.
