ATP Finals Day 3 Tips
Stefanos Tsitsipas vs Holger Rune
The first match of the day features the two players without a win from day 1, Stefanos Tsitsipas and Holger Rune, who have only faced each other twice; both in 2022.
Rune played some outstanding tennis in a tight three-set defeat to world number one Novak Djokovic.
Tsitsipas disappointed many of his fans, losing to Jannik Sinner in straight sets 6-4 6-4, during which Tsitsipas failed to earn himself a single break point.
One of the Greek's biggest failures is his returning ability, arguably the worst on tour when we look at the top ten.
Rune has had a mixed year, winning just one ATP title back in April in Munich, compared to three titles last year, including a Masters title in Paris.
Tsitsipas has been in a similar position, where he's just won the one title in Los Cabos. He doesn't give me much hope, while Rune played some amazing tennis against Djokovic so we'll be going for his money line.
Novak Djokovic vs Jannik Sinner
Turin, where the event is held, is in high-ish altitude. As Novak Djokovic stated: "almost 300m of altitude, and maybe the fans cannot feel it, but we can feel it on the court, the ball flies through the air".
We've already seen how service games can be quick and efficient.
With Djokovic has faced just six break points in 17 games, while Sinner didn't face a single one against Tsitsipas.
With that in mind, I think we’re seeing great value in both the over in Over 10.5 Set 1 Games at 39/20, and Over 22.5 Games in the entire match at 4/5.
