Wimbledon Women's Final Tips: Best bets for Amanda Anisimova vs Iga Swiatek

For the eighth consecutive year, Wimbledon will crown a new women’s singles champion as Amanda Anisimova and Iga Swiatek prepare to battle for the prestigious Venus Rosewater Dish on Saturday.
Anisimova stunned top seed Aryna Sabalenka in a thrilling three-set semi-final to book her place in a first-ever Grand Slam final, while five-time major winner Swiatek has finally found her rhythm on grass, reaching her maiden Wimbledon final.
It’s all set up for a blockbuster showdown between two players who have never met before - and we’ve picked out our top betting tips for the big match below.
Wimbledon Women's Final Tips
Swiatek, a four-time French Open champion and US Open winner, is 5-0 in Slam finals but has historically found grass her most challenging surface. She's reached the fourth round just once in five previous Wimbledon appearances, and exited in the third round last year.
But the former world No.1 has looked a different player at SW19 this year, dropping just one set - in a second-round scare against Catherine McNally - on her way to the final. Her emphatic 6-2 6-0 demolition of Belinda Bencic in the semis was her most dominant grass-court performance to date, and it’s no surprise she’s the 4/9 favourite to lift the famous trophy as she goes in search of her 100th Slam victory.
Anisimova, meanwhile, is in uncharted territory in her first Grand Slam final. But after toppling No.1 seed and tournament favourite Aryna Sabalenka in three sets, the American has shown she’s more than capable of rising to the occasion and certainly has the tools to cause an upset.
Yet, Swiatek’s Grand Slam experience, mental resilience, and impressive adaptation to grass this year should give her the edge, but don’t expect it all her own way with a third set showdown looking likely - which has been the case in three of Anisimova's matches so far - making Swiatek to come through 2-1 an appealing play at 3/1 with Betway.
Anisimova has struggled with consistency on serve throughout the tournament, racking up 36 double faults across six matches - an average of six per match. She’s hit five or more double faults in five of those contests, including a hefty nine in her second-round encounter.
Swiatek has been slightly more solid in this department, but not immune to lapses, recording 15 double faults overall. Notably, she had five in the fourth round and three in the quarter-finals.
With the weight of a Wimbledon final on their shoulders, nerves could easily creep in, with William Hill offering odds of 10/11 for both players to have over two double faults.
