3.05 (King George V Stakes) Perfuse - 8/1
Perfuse was one of my selections last time out and I made sure that I set myself a reminder to follow the horse's progress. Makes his handicap debut after form figures of 211(wins at Doncaster and Nottingham) and should continue to progress here.

4.20 (Gold Cup) Subjectivist - 18/1
Won the Dubai Cup and this race back in 2021 before injury kept him out for a year, all with Joe Fanning in the saddle, and the all-weather champion jockey is set to ride him in this race too. Has featured in just two reappearance runs this year (claimed a third-place spot in its last race) and if this horse is back to anything like his best then it should be right in the mix.

5.00 (Britannia Stakes) - Racingbreaks Ryder - 18/1
One of just three runners in the field that can claim a win at this track and comes back here seeking a five-timer after wins at Brighton, Nottingham, Haydock and of course, Ascot. Clearly on the up and I hope he can continue this rich vein of form.

6.10 (Buckingham Palace Stakes) - Accidental Agent - 50/1
This horse is supremely experienced at the track with 20 runs under his belt which is probably why it scored so highly in my system! Hardly prolific with its last win all the way back in April 2022 at Newmark (did however claim a second-place finish at Ascot in May 22 with 27 runners in the field) but could put the vast course knowledge to good use.
