Morocco beat Canada 2-1 thanks to goals from Ziyech and En-Nesyri. Read More
The three points propelled Morocco into the last-16 as Group F winners, while Canada finished bottom without a point on the board.
Group F
Thu, 1st Dec - 15:00
Al Thumama Stadium, Doha
Canada qualified in style for the World Cup for only the second time in their international history. They topped a group including USA and Mexico under English head coach John Herdman.
Morocco also qualified with ease after topping Group I and winning all six matches. This led to a two legged knock out tie via DR Congo, where they won 5-2 on aggregate.
These two sides have only met once in international competition; a 4-0 victory for the Moroccans back in 2016, including two goals from Chelsea's Hakim Ziyech.
