Wimbledon Day 4 Betting Tips: Best bets from SW19 on Thursday

It’s Day 4 at Wimbledon on Thursday and our man Max Saakyan returns with a trio of tips which you can read more about below.
We’re slowly but surely finally going through the Round 2 matches, with severe rain delays causing mass disruption at Wimbledon. The Grand Slam has been heavily criticised for the scheduling, which has been part of the problem. But with some matches already confirmed to have switched from Day 3 to Day 4, we look at some of the potential matches, where many fans hope the weather can treat us to a sunny day.
Wimbledon Day 4 Tips
- Maximilian Marterer to win @ 5/6 - BoyleSports
- Oscar Otte -3.5 Games @ 10/11 - Bet365
- Katerina Siniakova ML @ 8/11 - Bet365
We'll start with the men’s side, where we have the German Maximilian Marterer facing Michael Mmoh. Maximilian Marterer has enjoyed his time at Wimbledon so far, beating Luciano Darderi, Gauthier Onclin, Fabian Marozsan and Borna Gojo to reach the second round of the Grand Slam. He's in a similar position to last year, where he went through the qualifying rounds and won his opening round in the main draw, before losing to Tiafoe in straight sets. This time he has a much better chance coming through, where he faces Michael Mmoh.
Michael Mmoh hasn't looked amazing the past few days, where he lost to Laurent Lokoli in the final round of qualifying. He got a Lucky Loser card, and upset Felix Auger Aliassime, but I wouldn't read too much into that considering how poor the Canadian has been. I like Maximilian Marterer’s odds here, I have him closer to 1.7.
Daniel Elahi Galan has a 3-4 record at Wimbledon, only beating mediocre opponents on the grass. He hasn't shown much promise on the surface the past couple weeks either, where he lost to Maxime Cressy in straight sets in the opening round at Eastbourne. Meanwhile we have the German Oscar Otte, who has an excellent game on the grass. He has shown it the past couple of years, where he reached the third round last year and won four matches on the grass before losing to Murray in five sets. I like Oscar Otte's spread here on bet365.
The last match we'll look at is on the women's side, as Katerina Siniakova faces the Ukrainian Lesya Tsurenko. I like the Czech's chances here. She's been making moves on the grass, winning her fourth WTA Tour level title last week in Germany, most notably beating Ludmila Samsonova. She backed that title win with a solid win over Qinwen Zheng, where she beat her in straight sets.
