Tottenham vs Man United Prediction, Odds and Betting Tips: Top Bets for an Exciting Quarter-Final
In what is the most exciting draw of this year's Carabao Cup quarter-final stage, Tottenham host Manchester United on Thursday night.
Man United will be in good spirits going into this game after Amad Diallo's performance saw them shock Man City with two late goals to win the Manchester derby. Spurs hammered Southampton last weekend; however, they are still in poor form, with one win in their last six games.
This game kicks off at 8pm on Thursday and can be watched live on Sky Sports.
Tottenham vs Man United Prediction
Amad Diallo produced a moment of magic in the dying minutes of last weekend's Manchester derby when he flicked the ball over Ederson's head and grabbed United a late winner against their local rivals. This is the second time the Ivorian winger has scored a goal at the death against a rival side, as he knocked Liverpool out of last season's FA Cup at the last minute.
Diallo has been one of United's few good players this season, particularly since Amorim's arrival. Amorim has more often been playing Amad as a right wing-back but after last weekend's performance higher up the field, you would think Amad won't be playing as a wing-back against Spurs.
Amad is amazing going forward, particularly when he has the ball at his feet and can drive at defenders. The tricky winger is a fantastic dribbler and loves to create enough space to shoot, which he is never afraid of doing.
With Amad expected to play further forward again in this game, the odds of 59/50 for him to get a shot on target seem like good value.

For my second prediction, I am tipping Tottenham to receive the most corners during the match.
One key factor influencing this prediction is Manchester United’s surprisingly low corner count since Ruben Amorim took charge. Under Amorim’s leadership, United have managed to win just 19 corners across seven games, which averages out to fewer than three per match. In their recent loss to Arsenal, United failed to win a single corner throughout the entirety of the game.
Spurs on the other hand have picked up a total of 55 corners in their past 8 games, an average of 6.8 per game. Looking at this current trend, backing Spurs to pick up more corners seems like a decent bet.
