Netherlands vs Germany Prediction, Odds and Betting Tips: Visitors favoured in 7/2 bet
Old rivals the Netherlands and Germany face-off at the Johan Cruijff Arena in the Nations League on Tuesday 10th September (7.45pm, BST).
Netherlands vs Germany Predictions
Netherlands vs Germany Match Preview
Both the Netherlands and Germany won their first Nations League matches convincingly. The Netherlands defeated Bosnia-Herzegovina 5-2 and the Germans thrashed Hungary 5-0. Where the Netherlands had a hard time defensively against Bosnia, Germany had no trouble against Hungary, who had just one shot on target.
Of the last six matches between the countries, the Netherlands have won two and Germany have also won two, with the other two games drawn.
Bookmakers are having difficultly splitting the teams in the match odds, with Midnite pricing both at 8/5 to claim the spoils, while a draw can be found at 13/5.
Germany were the only country to push Spain past 90 minutes at Euro 2024 with La Roja breaking home hearts with a 120th minute winner in their quarter-final tussle.
If Saturday's match against Hungary was anything to go by, Julian Nagelsmann's side don't appear to be suffering from a post-Euro 2024 hangover whatsoever, after they hammered their opponents 5-0; their seventh win in their last 10 games.
It's the second time in six matches that the Germans have scored five goals and I like their odds of 7/2 to beat the Dutch with both teams finding the back of the net.
The Netherlands have lost in this manner in two of their last five games - 2-1 to England and 3-2 to Austria, both at Euro 2024 - with 23 goals featured in those five games combined.

I also have my eye on Jamal Musiala to score at 5/2 with Midnite.
The winger is in red-hot form for his country right now, scoring four goals in his last six games.
Three of those goals came at Euro 2024, which saw him take a share of the Golden Boot, then he popped up on the scoresheet once again in the 5-0 demolition of Hungary.
The 21-year-old has also opened his Bayern Munich account for the season, breaking the deadlock in the recent 3-2 defeat of Wolfsburg.
