Netherlands vs. Bangladesh Betting Tips: 3/1 and 9/2 picks for Saturday's clash

Two sides hoping to pick up a win, and keep their faint qualification hopes alive, meet when Bangladesh and Netherlands clash on Saturday morning. The two sides at the bottom of the league will battle it out, hoping to move away from the dreaded last place.
Here at BettingOdds.com we preview the clash between Bangladesh and Netherlands, and Andy Francis picks out his two best bets for the match.
Netherlands vs Bangladesh Tips
Netherlands enjoyed a shock win over South Africa earlier in the tournament but that has been the only bright spark for the Dutch so far. The side have conceded more runs than anyone else to this point, but their bowling team has had one shining light.
Logan van Beek has taken eight wickets across the five games Netherlands have played and he’s got the best bowling average within the Dutch squad, with 27.62.
The same can also be said of his bowling strike rate (26.12), putting him clear of his teammates in terms of key bowling numbers. It’s hard to see how he won’t be named the top bowler for Netherlands in this game, with him seemingly head and shoulders above his colleagues.
Things were looking good for Bangladesh following their opening match, a six wicket victory over Afghanistan, but they’ve lost the four matches since and this is a must win match if they stand a chance of qualification.
Al Hasan has taken at least a wicket in each match he’s played in this tournament and contributed on the batting side, scoring 56 runs and he’s likely to be incredibly vital to Bangladesh’s chances in this match. The all-rounder needs to lead his side to victory and, at 9/2, could be a steal to be named Man of the Match.
A win for either side would put them on four points, and leave the loser rooted to the bottom of the table and without a chance of making the top four.
