Nashville vs. Inter Miami Betting Tips: Two bets for the Leagues Cup final

The Leagues Cup final takes place this weekend with Nashville facing off against Inter Miami. Miami would not have thought that they’d be going this far in a cup for a while but the signing of Lionel Messi has transformed this side into one of the best in America, now the Argentine will be looking to claim his first piece of silverware after moving stateside.
We’ve taken a look at the betting market for the action and picked out our two best bets for the cup final.
Nashville vs Inter Miami Tips
It’s no secret that Inter Miami are a completely different team with Messi in their side and whilst they’ve been putting up some huge results recently, they’ve still been conceding a fair amount of goals.
They’ve won all of their games since Messi has signed for the club but have conceded in four of those six games. Their defence leaves a lot to be desired and conceding four goals in one game really highlighted that.
Nashville are on a decent run themselves and have only lost one of their last six games. The Leagues Cup seems to be full of goals as you’ve got their recent results reading: 0-2, 5-0, 2-2, 1-1, 3-4, and 2-1.
Given the ability of both of these teams when it comes to scoring, BTTS seems like a great bet and considering how good Messi has made this Inter Miami outfit, I'll still be siding with them for the win.
It wouldn’t be an Inter Miami preview without featuring a bet on Lionel Messi. The 36-year-old has scored a staggering nine goals in six games in the Leagues Cup and has assisted on one occasion. It’s no wonder that Messi is odds-on to score against Nashville.
With Messi only 4/6 for an anytime goal, the value could very well lie in him scoring a brace which is priced at 11/4, it may seem a short price but Messi has already scored three braces for Inter Miami. That’s a brace in 50% of his games.
When you put it like that, 11/4 actually seems quite generous considering how often it has landed. Inter Miami are 10/11 to win this game and should definitely be scoring a few goals as they have done so recently, if they are to do that, expect Messi to be on the scoresheet.
