LASK vs. Liverpool Betting Tips: Back Gravenberch to score his first goal for The Reds

Liverpool make their triumphant return to the Europa League on Thursday after a seven season hiatus. Jimmy The Punt has cast his betting eye over their away fixture with LASK and this is what he's come back with...
In their absence, the Reds have lifted the Premier League trophy and the Champions League but it's back down to Europe’s secondary competition with a thud in the form of a trip to the Austrian capital to face LASK.
As I write, Jurgen Klopp’s side are generally 3/10 to win the game, that is an implied probability of 76.9%.
The visitors should ring the changes here. Caoimhin Kelleher could start in goal, Ryan Gravenberch could be handed his full debut alongside Wataru Endo and Harvey Elliot in central midfield.
Diogo Jota, Luis Diaz and Ben Doak could lead the line.
The hosts have started well in the Austrian Bundesliga. They have picked up points in all but one of their seven league games this season and won each of their three fixtures since they qualified for this competition.
LASK vs Liverpool Tips
The Premier League is the most prestigious in the world. It has the most financial clout and with it comes the best players.
The proof is in UEFA’s coefficients. There are eight English clubs in UEFA competitions this season and they are comfortably top of the table in the rankings.
Liverpool are 7/2 favourites to win the competition, LASK Linz are as long as 500/1.
In four games against English clubs, LASK have conceded 13 goals and only at Old Trafford did a club fail to score at least three goals.
Considering this, at odds against, backing Liverpool to score three goals appeals here.
Right, so I fancy the Reds to score a few on Thursday so it makes sense to tout an actual goalscorer. Ryan Gravenberch’s price in the anytime market instantly stood out.
The thing is, he should play LCM which should be more advanced then CDM Wataru Endo and in an identical role to Harvey Elliott. Yet, Gravenberch is considerably longer than Endo (13/2) and Harvey Elliot (19/4) in the goalscorer market despite boasting similar offensive figures.
The Dutchman only has one goal in continental cup competitions but has 17 across his career.
With a goals per 90 average of 0.13, the 9/1 available is value and that is without considering the quality of the opposition.
Best of luck if you are backing these selections and please remember to gamble responsibly.
