Football Accumulator Tips: Back our top-flight fouls acca on Saturday
Seven Premier League matches take place on Saturday with five of those kicking-off at 3pm. Here at BettingOdds.com we’ve put together our best accumulator tips for the afternoon’s proceedings with all four selections coming from the increasingly popular ‘player fouls market’.
Acca Tips
The first selection in our fouls-based acca for Saturday comes from Old Trafford where Manchester United take on Crystal Palace. Aaron Wan-Bissaka is the player we are targeting here with a generous looking 17/20 available with BetUK as a single, compared to just 1/4 with Sky Bet and 2/5 with Paddy Power.
With Wilfried Zaha unavailable, Jordan Ayew should occupy the left-forward position for the visitors with Ayew ranking as the 8th most fouled player in the division this season (10+ apps), drawing 2.2 fouls per game on average. Wan-Bissaka will be the direct opponent of Ayew on Saturday and with him making 1+ foul in four of his last five starts, including 2+ in each of his last two, he looks a good value proposition to make at least one here.
Next up we are off to the capital where Brentford host Southampton, with Saints defender Lyanco the next on our list to clear the Over 0.5 fouls line. Since arriving at St Marys’ the Serbian centre-back has been booked four times in just 11 league appearances.
Lyanco’s foul-figures across his last five league matches read 1,2,0,2,3 and it’s also worth noting that he will be up against Ivan Toney on Saturday who also ranks in the top-10 most fouled players in the Premier League this campaign.
Aston Villa against Leicester is the next game on our agenda. Since returning from injury James Maddison has been taking up a place on the right side of attack for the Foxes which should see him in a nice battle with Alex Moreno at Villa Park.
Only five players in the division have been fouled more times per game on average in 2022/2023 than Maddison this term, who can hopefully rediscover some of his scintillating form from the start of the season. Alex Moreno has only started two league games so far for Unai Emery at Villa but has committed three fouls in each of those. With this in mind and Moreno’s aggressive style of defending, we are more than happy to include him to have at least one against Leicester.
Rounding off our quartet of selections and remaining in the midlands, we head to Molineux where we are backing Andy Robertson to make a foul. In his last five league starts, Robertson has committed 1+ foul on four occasions, clearing the 2+ line in his last two.
Another reason to believe Robertson looks a nice bit of value here at 19/20 to commit a foul is that he could well be having to cover Adama Traore, who is known for his speed and ability to draw fouls.
Combining these four selections pays 7.3/1 with BetUK, who we would highly recommend here, with the same 4-fold paying just 5/2 over at Paddy Power and Betfair.
