Leicester vs Everton - Over 2.5 Goals
Two of the Premier League's early strugglers face off at the KingPower stadium as Leicester City host Everton.
After winning the Championship in his first season at the club, Enzo Maresca was snapped up by Chelsea, with ex-Nottingham Forest manager Steve Cooper hired as his replacement.
His first game in charge was a frantic affair with Tottenham Hotspur, ending 1-1 despite an abundance of chances at both ends of the pitch.
The Foxes followed this up with back-to-back 2-1 losses to Fulham and Aston Villa, before a 2-2 draw at Crystal Palace. Steve Cooper’s side also defeated Tranmere 4-0 in the EFL Cup.
Everton have lost all four league games and Sean Dyche’s future at the club is in serious jeopardy. They opened the season by losing 0-3 at home to Brighton followed by a 4-0 defeat at Tottenham. The tides looked to have been turning when they were 2-0 up at home to Bournemouth, but the Toffees collapsed, conceding three goals from the 87th minute onwards to lose 2-3.
They went two goals up again, this time at Villa Park, but collapsed to lose 3-2. All four of their games have seen over 2.5 goals, while three of Leicester's four Premier League games have seen three or more goals.
Wycombe vs Cambridge - Wycombe Over 1.5 Goals
Under Matt Bloomfield, Wycombe are slowly moving away from the defensive stereotype that so often plagued them under the pragmatic guise of Gareth Ainsworth.
The 40-year-old has the Chairboys playing exciting football as they sit 10th in League One, just three points off the playoffs. Bloomfield's side have won two, drawn one and lost two of their five games. However, these losses came in 3-2 defeats to Wrexham and heavy pre-season title favourites Birmingham. They also gained a credible 2-2 draw at Blackpool, and beat Northampton 1-2 and Rotherham 2-0.
On Saturday, they host a Cambridge side who sit bottom of League One, failing to win a single game. Garry Monk’s side have lost four games, with three of them seeing them concede at least twice - the exception a 0-1 loss to low-scoring Crawley.
The U’s only point of the season came in in a 4-4 draw with Blackpool at the Abbey Stadium. Wycombe have scored 2+ goals in all five games, while Cambridge have conceded 2+ in four of their five

Crewe vs Harrogate Town - Under 2.5 Goals
Last season, Crewe suffered heartbreak, losing 2-0 to Crawley at Wembley, missing the chance of promotion to League One. This playoff hangover was clear to see at the start of the season, with the Railwaymen losing 1-0 and 0-5 to Barrow and Chesterfield respectively.
Since then, Lee Bell’s side have tightened up and haven’t lost since the embarrassment against the Spireites. A 0-0 draw against Swindon followed, before wins against Bromley (1-2), Morecambe (1-0), and Accrington (0-1). This run has seen them leap up to 9th and they host 16th-place Harrogate on Saturday.
Simon Weaver’s side are fresh from beating Yorkshire counterparts Doncaster 2-0, so will be full of confidence. Before this, The Sulphurites had lost 1-0 to Cheltenham and Barrow.
Harrogate games see an average of 2.16 goals, with Crewe games averaging 1.83 goals. Under 2.5 goals has landed in 5/6 Harrogate games and 4/6 Crewe games.
Both teams are low in the league for xG accumulated. Crewe have got 4.78 xG, with Harrogate only recording 4.46. Bell’s side have only conceded 4.32xGa, so their games are very low action at both ends of their pitch.
Salford vs Walsall - Under 2.5 Goals
Salford currently sit 13th in the league, losing just one of their five games. Karl Robinson’s side have accumulated just 3.06 xG from their five games, scoring just four goals in the process. They’ve also conceded just 4.74 xG. Their games have averaged 1.6 goals, with four goals scored and four conceded. Four of their five games have seen under 2.5 goals, except a 2-1 win over Cheltenham - a game that saw a combined xG of just 1.22.
Walsall, like Salford, have conceded just four goals, winning four games and losing just twice. The Saddlers games are averaging 2.1 goals, with 3/6 of their games seeing under 2.5 goals, with only one of their away games seeing over 2.5 goals.
It is a game between two low-scoring teams with solid defences, so another low-scoring affair is expected.
