Chelsea’s turbulent campaign continued last weekend as they were beaten 2-0 at Goodison Park by Everton. That defeat leaves The Blues in the bottom half of the table in 12th, with Mauricio Pochettino’s side having lost three of their last four top-flight matches.
Sheffield United picked up only their second victory of the season as they beat Brentford 1-0 at Bramall Lane seven days ago. Chris Wilder’s return to the club has provided hope that The Blades can avoid relegation, however they remain five points away from safety after collecting just eight points in 16 matches.
Chelsea vs Sheffield United Tips
I think I’ve unearthed a lovely bit of value for my main play on Saturday with a selection from the shots on target market. Enzo Fernandez to register Over 0.5 is the line I’ve opted for, with a very appealing 19/20 on show with BetMGM at the time of writing.
Fernandez has recorded 14 shots on target for Chelsea this season, landing one in each of his last four outings. This bet has landed in 10 of his 15 league matches this season and with BetVictor going just 1/11 on this same selection, I’m happy to get involved with the close to even money offering that is available.
BetMGM are also an industry top-price on Sheffield United’s Oliver Norwood to be carded at 18/5. The midfielder should return to the starting XI on Saturday after serving a suspension against Brentford last week.
In total, Norwood has been shown five yellows in just 12 Premier League starts this season and with other bookmakers such as bet365 having him priced at 6/4 to find his way into the book, the 18/5 looks a little too big considering his disciplinary record.
