BTTS Tips: Four picks across the football league for our 10/1 accumulator

The time of the week we are all eagerly awaiting is nearly upon us. That’s right, Saturday 3pm, when all the magic happens. We’ll be putting together four BTTS picks for Saturday’s 3pm kickoffs and combining them all into an accumulator for you, let’s begin.
Both Teams To Score Tips
Leicester vs Arsenal
Arsenal are loving a goal fest at the moment and their last game in the Premier League was no exception as they secured a 4-2 win over Aston Villa. Arsenal are still one of the best teams to back in the Premier League for both teams to score despite their position in the table. 13/23 of their games in the Premier League have seen both teams score and we’ll be backing it again here.
Leicester are back to looking like a decent side and even though they lost 3-0 in their last game, they were unlucky to not get on the scoresheet against Manchester United. Man Utd was the only game of their last five where they haven’t seen BTTS land. Recently at home they dismantled Spurs 4-1 and also won away at Villa.
Given how shaky Arsenal are at the moment, Leicester are definitely going to be up for this one. They can test that Arsenal defence if they carry on playing the way they have recently and as for Arsenal, they’re always seemingly on the scoresheet.
Preston vs Wigan
Preston welcome Wigan to Deepdale on Saturday in a game that both sides will be desperate for all three points. Preston have been looking very poor recently and are without a win in five games. These results are more concerning when you look at the amount of goals they are conceding, in their last five games they’ve conceded a total of 9 goals.
Wigan on the other hand will be surprised by their recent form and whilst it’s not full of wins, they’ve secured enough victories to get up to 31 points. The Latics are currently representing joint-best BTTS record in the Championship when it comes to games away from home and they’ll definitely be testing that Preston defence.
Both teams are not where they want to be in the table this season, but that could make for a very fun game. I think given the defence record of both sides, we could be in for a fair few goals and that’s why we’re backing BTTS.
Charlton vs Sheffield Weds
Next up is a trip down to League One where we have Charlton facing Sheffield Wednesday. The Owls have been a bit of a rollercoaster to follow at the moment with their form currently going WLWLWLWL.
One thing Charlton have been good for this season is the both teams to score market and at the time of writing this, they are the best team in the league to back for the BTTS with 65% of their league games seeing the bet land.
Sheffield Wednesday are flying high at the top of the table and having them score shouldn’t be much of an issue as they have scored in four of their last five away trips. Their last away trip was to Ipswich and whilst they are the better side than Charlton, they conceded two so it does show you their defence vulnerability there.
Mansfield vs Salford
Finishing us off is a trip to League Two where we have Mansfield vs Salford. Here we’ve got 6th place vs 7th place but it’s Mansfield who are looking like the better side going into this one. Mansfield have had three comfortable victories recently winning them all to nil, however, despite these recent three wins, they’re still the best home side to back for the BTTS market in their league.
They’ve had 73% of their games at home see both teams on the score sheet and it is a market that has landed in seven of their last eight games. With both being so close in the table, expect this to be a cagey one. Salford have also had BTTS land in four of their last five away trips so this really does look like a decent bet.
That finishes off our accumulator for the weekend and it comes out at 10.1/1 with William Hill, this can also be boosted to 11.2/1 with William Hill’s acca freedom offer.
