Casumo Sign-Up Offer: Get 50% back as a Free Bet up to £25
The Casumo sportsbook is owned by Casumo Services Limited and has been in operation since 2012, and open for business to UK customers since 2015, after it acquired the UK Gambling Commision License. It’s based in Malta, also holds the Malta Gaming Authority License and runs an online casino side by side with its sports betting product.
Casumo Sign-up Offer Explained
The Casumo sign-up offer is one of the more unusual ones currently on the market but that doesn’t stop it being a decent one. If your first-ever acca bet loses, you’ll receive a free bet worth 50% of the value of your losing qualifying bet, up to a maximum of £25. You can use the Casumo free bet as you wish, as long as it’s at odds of at least 2.0. Better still, there are no wagering requirements on winnings from the free bet.

Step By Step Guide on How to Claim the Casumo Sign-Up Offer

- Follow any of the links on this page or in any other area of the Betting Odds website to the Casumo site.

- Make a deposit using any payment method you like, such as VISA, Mastercard, Skrill or Paysafe.

- If the bet loses, you’ll be awarded with a Casumo free bet worth exactly 50% of the value of your qualifying bet, up to a maximum of £25.
- Make sure you use your free bet within 7 days of being awarded it or else it will expire.
- Use your free bet on any sports event you like and in any way you like, as long as it’s at odds of 2.0 or higher.

No, there is no Casumo promo code that needs to be entered in order to claim the Casumo welcome offer. Performing the necessary steps will automatically activate the bonus.
Casumo Existing Customer Promotions and Regular Free Bet Offers
All new betting sites as well as the more established ones will have some sort of ongoing promos on offer to keep customers engaged and feel like they’re getting something back. Here’s what you can look forward to at Casumo.
Bet Builder 20% Profit Boost
Bet Builders allow you to place selections from the same match together in one bet, so are a sort of same-game acca. At Casumo you can place Bet Builders on football, basketball, American football and ice hockey and can get extra payouts on them thanks to their ongoing promo.
If your Bet Builder has at least two selections in it and comes to odds of 6.0 or higher, Casumo will add 20% to whatever you win. The maximum bet you can place in order to be eligible for the offer is £100 and the maximum payout you can get courtesy of the offer is £500.
Second Chance - 50% up to £10
This one works in a very similar way to the welcome offer, except you can claim it every Saturday, rather than just as a one-off. If you place an acca made up of at least two events with total odds of 3.5 or higher and it loses, you’ll be refunded 50% of your stake up to £10 as a free bet. Winnings from the free bet are free of wagering requirements but if it wins, the stake won’t be returned.

Casumo Key Sportsbook Features: What Makes Signing Up Worthwhile?
There are lots of Sportsbooks out there at the moment, so what makes the Casumo bookmaker worth your time and money in terms of the good features you can find at their Sportsbook? Let’s find out.
Great selection of sports
No prizes for guessing that the likes of football, horse racing and tennis are all well covered here. But so are less high profile sports such as cyclo-cross, floorball and gaelic sports, meaning there’s something for everyone, whatever your favourite sport for betting is. In total, there are close to 35 different sports available to bet on.
Strong Bet Builder product
The first thing to take note of is that you can place Bet Builders on ice hockey, american football and basketball rather than just football, which is the case at most Sportsbooks. Their product allows you to combine selections from lots of different markets and as we know, you can look forward to 20% extra payouts on all winning Bet Builders at odds of 6.0 or higher.
Keeping horse racing fans happy
All UK and Ireland horse racing is well covered here with both day of the race markets and ante-post ones ahead of the likes of the Cheltenham Festival and the Grand National. There’s a good selection of race markets including win, each-way, tricast and forecast, ‘betting without’ and race specials. There’s also some handy information about the different runners and the going, to help you with your betting choices.
Handy My Bets section
Going to this section allows you to see all the bets you’ve already struck all in one place. That helps you keep tabs on how many active bets you have at any given time and allows you to monitor how those bets are getting on. Additionally, you can also see all the Casumo free bets and other offers available to you at the same time.
Excellent choice of player prop markets for cricket
In addition to the likes of the match winner and innings runs, the cricket betting fan can find plenty of other interesting markets to bet on, particularly when it comes to player prop markets. These include top batsman for each team, top wicket-taker for each team, player performance, how many boundaries a player will score and who will be voted Player of the Match.
Sports You Can Bet On at Casumo
As we’ve already said, there are close to 35 different sports to bet on here at Casumo. Some will be very familiar to you, others not so much. Here they are:

What Betting Markets are Available at Casumo?
One of the great aspects of betting at Casumo is the sheer range and variety of the betting markets on offer. Here are some of the ones you can play.
Each-way markets
With each-way markets, half of your stake is on the selection to win, the other half on it to place. If it goes on to win, you’ll be paid out on both parts of the bet, if it ‘only’ places, you’ll be paid out on that part of the bet, but not on the win part. This market is particularly useful when betting on horse racing and golf tournaments.
Player of the Match
The sport you most see this market available for is cricket but it can also be on offer for others like American football. Here you’re betting on which player will be voted the Player of the Match/MVP. Because anyone can win it from all those on the field, the odds on offer on all the runners are always high.
Over/Under markets
This is one of the simplest markets to play. Whether it’s the total number of goals, corners or cards in football; points in basketball or American football; or games in a tennis match, you just need to decide whether you want to go over the line, or under it.
First Goalscorer/First Try Scorer/First touchdown
Only one player can score the ‘first’ in the sports just mentioned above, so like with the Player of the match market, the odds on all the players are always big, meaning you only need to get one of these right now and then to show a long-term profit.
Double Chance market
This one is available for sports such as football, cricket and rugby and allows you to back one team and the draw, the other team and the draw, or both sides but not the draw. So however you want to do things, you’ll always have two bites of the cherry as regards the outcome of the match.
Casumo Pros and Cons
We’ve already mentioned some of Casumo’s big plus points but here’s a reminder of them with some areas for improvement, too.
Positives
- Great choice of sports to bet on.
- Very strong all-round horse racing product
- Cash Out product works well.
- Bet Builder available for different sports, is easy to use and 20% extra winnings are available.
- Lots of player prop markets for the likes of football, cricket and American football.
Negatives
- No live streaming.
- Better welcome offers to be found elsewhere.
- No greyhound racing betting.
Banking With Casumo
Casumo gives you a decent choice when it comes to the payment options you can use to get your money in and out of the betting site.
As is the case with most Sportsbooks these days, they tend to give preference to e-wallets but somewhat disappointingly, PayPal isn’t one of the accepted methods, so we hope that changes in the near future.
But for the time being, the likes of Skrill and Neteller are decent alternatives for being particularly safe, quick and easy to use.
Casumo Deposit Methods
These are the deposit methods available to you. As you can see, they’re all instant in terms of the processing times, with the exception of the bank transfer, and there are no fees attached to any of them.
Deposit Method | Fee | Processing Time | Limits |
---|---|---|---|
VISA | None | Instant | £5/£27,000 |
Mastercard | None | Instant | £10/£15,000 |
Skrill | None | Instant | £10/£7,000 |
Bank Transfer | None | Instant to 2 hours | £10/£15,000 |
Paysafe | None | Instant | £10/£7,000 |
Neteller | None | Instant | £20/ £5,000 |
MuchBetter | None | Instant | £10/ £2,500 |
Casumo Withdrawal Methods
The minimum withdrawal is just £1 but Casumo customers are strongly advised to not withdraw at all unless they’re going to withdraw at least £10.
That’s because there’s a £3 fee on any withdrawals under £10, so it really doesn’t make sense to pay a considerable fee on such a small amount.
When playing at Casumo, be aware that you’ll need to withdraw to the same payment option as that which you deposited from.
Withdrawal Method | Fee | Processing Time | Limits |
---|---|---|---|
VISA | None over £10 | 2-4 days | £1/No limit |
Mastercard | None over £10 | 2-4 days | £1/No limit |
Skrill | None over £10 | 1-3 days | £1/No limit |
Bank Transfer | None over £10 | 2-5 days | £1/No limit |
Neteller | None over £10 | 1-3 days | £1/No limit |
MuchBetter | None over £10 | 1-3 days | £1/No limit |
Does Casumo have a mobile app?
It certainly does. It’s available for both iOS and Android and is free and easy to download, whichever system you’re using. You can also choose to just use the mobile browser version instead, if you prefer. But the app works very well and in addition to letting you place bets, deposit and withdraw, and claim bonuses, it also works very well for their casino product.
Is Casumo a Trustworthy and Safe Brand?
Casumo has been open for business since 2012 and has operated in the UK under the UK Gambling Commission license since 2015. The latter is a good indication of the fact they do things by the book when it comes to the safety of your money and data, having fraud and anti-money laundering procedures put in place and ensures that as a customer you’ll be treated fairly and ethically. So far we haven’t seen much in the way of customer complaints or bad PR associated with them, so you’re in good, safe hands here.

Casumo Customer Service Options
We got in touch with Customer Service a couple of times with queries about the rules of a football market and claiming a bonus and on both occasions we found the Customer Service agents to be very knowledgeable about all aspects of the Casumo business and helpful when it came to having our questions answered.
That said, though Live Chat and email is available, we’d also like to see them have a functional telephone number available for slightly more complex queries.

Our Experience Using Casumo
When I think of Casumo I normally think of it as a fun, colourful, bonus-filled online casino but that’s doing its Sportsbook something of a disservice.
It ticks plenty of boxes, such as covering 35+ sports, offering lots of different markets within those sports and having a site and mobile app where everything is logically organised and easy to find. I’m a big fan of both horse racing and football and enjoyed myself betting on both. There was a good selection of racing markets to choose from, while the same could be said of football, and I was particularly impressed with their Bet Builders.
When one of them won at odds of 8.0, I even got 20% extra added to the winnings as per their ongoing promo. I have a soft spot for the likes of Gaelic football and Aussie Rules, so was pleasantly surprised that both of those were available to bet on as well, which isn’t always the case.
Other positives were a good choice of payment options, withdrawals without any fuss and the fact that bonuses such as the extra winnings and free bets were promptly paid without having to chase them up.
Still, there are always some areas that can be worked on. For starters, it would be a big asset if they added live streaming and it would also be a positive if they had a phone line available for queries, while it’s a bit strange that they don’t currently offer greyhound racing.
But all these are relatively easy fixes and shouldn’t get in the way of considering this a top Sportsbook that will appeal greatly to the intermediate sports bettor.
