Coral Existing Customer Promotions and Regular Offers
All betting sites offer promos to keep customers engaged and feeling like they’re getting something back. Here are some of the best at Coral.
Best Odds Guaranteed
This one may be available at most bookies these days but that doesn’t mean it’s not a good one. As long as you place your UK or Ireland horse racing or greyhound racing bet after 8:00 am on the day of the race and it goes on to win, you’ll be paid out at the bigger of the two prices: the odds at which you backed the winner, or the Starting Price.
Rewards Shaker
Coral's free-to-play Rewards Shaker will guarantee you a prize. It's very simple, you just log in, shake your phone, and grab your prize. The prizes will include Super Booster Tokens, Free Bets, Coral Coins, and Exclusive Trading Specials. Exclusive Offers & Enhanced Markets are also available to be won.
Football Super series
Win £100 in cash by predicting four correct scores with Football Super Series, a free-to-play weekly game.. Three correct answers will get you a £2 free bet while you will receive a £1 free bet for two correct answers for a £1 free bet.
£10 & £20 Free Bets on 5/1 Winners
This is a promotion for those who don’t like to back the favourite. Not only will a winner at 5/1 or bigger see you earn a big payout, but you’ll also get a free bet up to £10 in addition to your winnings. Both the qualifying bet and resultant free bets are only eligible on horse racing, and will be valid for 7 days. You need to opt-in to be eligible.

Coral Pros and Cons
There’s plenty to like about Coral but no sportsbook is perfect. Here is a summary of Coral’s main pros and cons.
Positives
- Well known, trusted bookmaker;
- Low deposit to trigger sign-up offer;
- Coral Connect card makes betting online or in-store effortless;
- Reliable and solid reputation;
- Wide variety of different markets available;
- Cash-out physical slips acquired in-store, online;
- A lot of different sports to bet on.
Negatives
- Website and app isn't as easy to use as some of its competitors, design could be updated;
- Odds are sometimes not as high as other bookmakers;
- Sign-up offer could be higher (£30 instead of £20 in free bets);
- Most promos are around horse racing rather than a variety of sports.
Coral Key Sportsbook Features: What Makes Signing Up Worthwhile?
There are lots of sportsbooks out there, so what makes Coral stand out? Let’s find out by looking at some of the site’s best features.
50+ Sports to Bet On
Of course, the best betting sites offer all the major sports, but they don’t all feature the likes of fishing, rowing, surfing and softball? Coral, however, supports these more niche betting options, catering to a wide range of betting preferences and giving everyone a chance to wager on their favourite sport.
Racing Post Verdict
Horse racing fans will be glad to know that ahead of all races, there’s a short analysis of the race itself and a summary of which horses have been tipped the most by their experts. There’s also a simple winner pick for all greyhound races, too, to put you on the right track.
Politics and Other Specials
These days, not all betting at online betting sites is done on sports. At Coral, there’s a good and imaginative supply of betting markets around TV shows, movie and music awards such as the Oscars and the Brit awards, plus numerous politics markets, like who will win general elections at home and abroad.
Blog and News
Though it’s true that certain other sportsbooks have more comprehensive blogs with much more content across different sports, Coral’s blog is pretty decent, with previews of the biggest football matches, guides to big betting events and columns by racing trainer Hugo Palmer and jockey David Probert, who share their honest thoughts on upcoming races.
What Betting Markets are Available at Coral?
Let’s look at some of the sports that Coral covers particularly well in terms of variety, number of betting markets, odds and special features. We’ve picked out a couple examples, but as we acknowledged earlier, Coral supports lots of different sports, each with their own unique markets and odds.
Horse Racing
There’s racing from all over the world, including the UK, Ireland, Australia, USA, Germany, Chile and more.
Each race has at least six different markets you can bet on, plus you can stream the races and read those Racing Post verdicts before putting your money down. In addition to Best Odds Guaranteed, there are a number of other promos around racing including Odds Boosts and extra places paid out on selected races.
Tennis
Coral has an excellent, all-round tennis product with more than enough markets to bet on, decent odds, live match stats, live streaming and Odds Boosts that apply both to individual matches and in some cases, cover several matches. The markets are well organised so that you can easily find the most popular ones straight away.
Banking With Coral
Coral has a good supply of payment options available for both deposits and withdrawals.
One thing to bear in mind is that using any of these deposit methods for your first one will prevent you from claiming the Coral welcome offer: Prepaid Cards, Moneybookers, Instant Bank, Paypal, Paysafe, Neteller or Skrill, so stick with a debit card for your first payment.
It’s a shame that PayPal is on the list because PayPal betting sites are among the ones we recommend the most, thanks to the method being one of the most trusted, quickest and safest e-wallets around.
But if you want to claim the welcome offer, Visa and Mastercard are good options for both depositing and withdrawing as you’re already likely to have one of those cards and they remain among the most convenient and secure payment methods..

Do Coral Have a Mobile App?
They certainly do. Betting apps are an important part of the best sportsbooks and the Coral mobile app certainly does not disappoint, whether you’re using iOS or Android.
Quick to load and easy to use, it allows you to do all the things you would do on a laptop, often with quicker functionality, especially when placing bets, streaming events and claiming promos. We recommend you can set up notifications for these on the app, so you never miss out on a new bonus.
Is Coral a Trustworthy and Safe Brand?
Yes, absolutely. For starters, the business was founded all the way back in 1926 so they’ve been around for almost 100 years. They are licensed by the UKGC, which ensures they’re compliant with security regulation, and have a deserved reputation as one of the UK’s most trustworthy betting brands.

Our Experience Using Coral
While some sportsbooks excel in certain areas and let themselves down in others, Coral provides an extremely solid all-round product. I was amazed by the quantity of sports they offer betting on, which includes some truly obscure options that I was not previously aware of.
One thing they've made an effort with is having some good on-site content such as an informative blog, useful FAQs and even some tips and analysis from the experts over at the Racing Post.
Though they do have lots of Odds Boosts across different sports, most of their promos relate to horse racing, so if I was to suggest one area of improvement it would be to expand their promotional offering into other sports.
The only other criticism is that though they do have sufficient payment methods in general, there are quite a few deposit options that will prevent you from being able to claim the welcome offer, while only the instant bank transfer allows you to withdraw in less than an hour. This is hardly uncommon, however, and can barely be considered a shortcoming. All in all, I highly recommend Coral to any new bettor, and very few betting sites let you claim a sign up bonus for the price of just £5.
