As a first-time user of the Betgrouse Sportsbook, I found myself impressed with the user experience and comfortable layout. The customer service options are fairly limited for example, while in terms of existing customer offers there is little in the way of a sportsbook bonus after you've taken advantage of that initial free bets offer with the majority of promotions being based around the casino and slots users - although these usually require only a small wagering requirement in terms of qualifying bets.
