As a first-time user of the Betgrouse Sportsbook, I found myself impressed with the user experience and comfortable layout. The customer service options are fairly limited for example, while in terms of existing customer offers there is little in the way of a sportsbook bonus after you've taken advantage of that initial free bets offer with the majority of promotions being based around the casino and slots users - although these usually require only a small wagering requirement in terms of qualifying bets. The mobile site isn't easy to use in browser either for UK customers and despite the depth of games, there's no live casino option on site at the bmoment.

Our BetGrouse Summary 

As a seasoned sports punter I’ve used several sports betting sites in recent years including some of the newer, lesser-known names such as BetGrouse but it’s fair to say that there’s plenty to like about this bookmaker, even if some improvements do need to be made.

The lack of a functioning app to place sports bets is frustrating, as are the limited customer service options but in terms of both the BetGrouse mobile site and it’s desktop counterpart, it’s fair to say that it’s among the most usable of the newer bookmakers with a comfortable interface that’s easy to navigate.

The thing that’s most impressive about BetGrouse is the depth of markets and sports. If you’re into your more obscure sports you’d be hard-pushed not to find them on BetGrouse, but there’s also a pretty deep array of markets on the more obvious sports such as football and horse racing as well as the possibility to place a bet builder and cash out in play on all of your favourite football events including the Premier League, Champions League and Internationals.
