Nigel Clough
Nigel Clough is the manager of Mansfield Town.
After a successful playing career, which saw him notch up over 600 appearances, it wasn't a shock when Clough decided to follow in his famous father's footsteps and venture into football management.
Trying to emulate his father Brian, who is widely regarded as one of the best managers in English football history, was never going to be an easy task for Nigel, but he started off in the lower ranks by taking over the job of player-manager at Burton Albion.
Clough went on to lead the Brewers into the Conference in 2002, while his profile boomed in 2006 when his troops astonishingly held Man Utd to goalless draw in the FA Cup.
After 10 years in charge of Burton, Clough decided the time was right to switch jobs, moving to Derby - following in his fathers footsteps.
Clough spent four years with the Rams, before losing his job in September 2013. However, he didn't have to wait long to make his return to the dugout, penning a two-and-a-half-year deal with Sheffield United a month later.
In May 2015 Clough parted company with the Blades, returning to first club Burton towards the end of the year, and going on to lead them up to the Championship for the first time in their history.
