Wolves are only two places and three points better off than their opponents ahead of kick-off, and they will have extra motivation, having lost 3-2 to Fulham in controversial circumstances earlier in the season.
Gary O'Neil felt his side were punished unfairly with Fulham awarded two penalties and there will be no love lost when the two teams meet again this weekend.
Team News
O'Neil is still without first-choice strikers Hwang Hee-chan and Matheus Cunha due to injury, while Joao Gomes will need to pass a fitness test after suffering a hamstring injury recently.
Jose Sa and Pedro Neto had to be replaced during the recent 3-0 defeat to Newcastle, and they will also have to prove their fitness this weekend.
Fulham's Joao Palhinha returns from a two-match suspension this weekend, while Raul Jimenez remains sidelined with a thigh problem.
Predicted XIs for both teams
- Wolves (3-4-2-1): Sa; Kilman, Toti, Dawson; Semedo, Lemina, Doyle, Ait-Nouri; Sarabia, Bellegarde; Neto
- Fulham (4-2-3-1): Leno; Castagne, Adarabioyo, Bassey, Robinson; Palhinha, Reed; Wilson, Pereira, Willian; Muniz
Wolves vs Fulham Tips
Both teams have a reason to believe they could sneak into the race for Europe, but time is running out as we head towards Easter.
Wolves' momentum is likely to have stopped after their recent injury woes, and they will miss Hwang and Cunha, who have scored 19 Premier League goals between them.
O'Neil's team have been happy to play on the counter-attack and use the likes of Neto and Cunha on the break, but they may struggle to create chances this weekend.
Fulham's three wins in four matches suggest they have found some momentum, but away from home, they often play on the counter-attack as well. Marco Silva's side have only won one of their previous 12 on their travels, and they have failed to score in five of those fixtures.
Having watched Fulham score three goals in the first meeting, O'Neil will likely tweak his team's tactics to keep things tight, and a draw would not be a bad result for either side considering their position in the table.
At home, Wolves have kept successive clean sheets, and fixtures between these two are often low scoring.
In the last nine meetings, eight of the games have seen fewer than 2.5 goals scored, and this game should follow a similar pattern with under 2.5 goals the pick here at 10/11.
