Tottenham vs Newcastle Prediction, Lineups and Odds: 10/1 double in today's lunchtime kick-off

Today’s early Premier League kick-off promises to excite as in-form Newcastle make the trip down to North London to face struggling Tottenham Hotspur.
Matthew O’Regan has bets at evens and 10/1 that won the last time the sides met in September.
Tottenham vs Newcastle Predictions
Tottenham’s struggles this season have been well documented, with Ange Postecoglou’s side sat in 11th without a win in three Premier League games since their 0-5 first-half trouncing of Southampton.
Despite the struggles, their 41 goals scored ins the most in the league. It is their defensive record that has let them down, with Spurs conceding 28 in 19 games. However, only West Ham, Wolves and Southampton have conceded more than Tottenham’s 19 at home, conceding 12 in the last three home games alone.
The injuries continue to mount up, with Destiny Udogie sidelined for a number of weeks. He joins Ben Davis, Christian Romero, Guglielmo Vicario, Micky van de Ven, Mikey Moore, Richarlison and Wilson Odobert on the injury list, while Rodrigo Bentancur is suspended after picking up his fifth yellow of the season in the dying embers of the game against Wolves.
Newcastle had a shaky start to the season but are the team to beat at the moment, having won four on the bounce without conceding, scoring 13 goals in the process. No European football has helped Eddie Howe so far, with his injury-prone side rarely playing more than once a week.
Still, Newcastle aren’t without their absentees, with Sven Botman, Nick Pope, Emil Krafth, Jamaal Lascelles and Callum Wilson all injured.
Alexander Isak has adorned himself to the Geordie faithful after a strong start in the famous Black and White stripes. After 10 goals in 17 starts in an injury-stricken debut season, the 25-year-old scored 21 in 27 Premier League starts the next season and is on course for his best goal-scoring campaign in England. The Swede currently boasts 12 goals in 17 starts, scoring in his last six games, including a hat trick in the 0-4 drubbing at Ipswich.
Isak is averaging 0.78 goals per 90 from 0.68 xG, while having 3.45 shots and 1.63 shots on target per 90. Against a feeble Tottenham defence missing their main two centre-backs and goalkeeper, he will fancy his chances of making it seven straight games as he closes in on Jamie Vardy’s incredible record.

With Rodrigo Bentancur suspended after his needless yellow against Wolves, Pape Sarr should slot straight back into the midfield against Newcastle. The Senegalese international has been booked three times in 11 prem starts this season, making 1.62 fouls per 90. He was also booked in two of his three EFL Cup starts.
Sarr and Bissouma have a big task on their hands in stopping the powerful midfield trio of Bruno Guimaraes, Joelinton and Sandro Tonali, with 24 centre midfielders booked against Newcastle this season. This includes four centre midfielders in the reverse fixture – including Sarr.
Joelinton has become renowned for his bustling midfield play and now has six yellows in 18 Premier League starts this season, averaging 2.27 fouls per 90. Last season, he picked up nine cards in 21 starts in all competitions, a decrease on his 12 in 30 Premier League starts the previous campaign.
This season, a massive 29 centre midfielders have been booked against Tottenham, including Bruno Guimaraes, Joelinton and Sean Longstaff in the reverse.
