The Lilywhites secured this marquee fixture by narrowly overcoming Burnley with a 1-0 victory in the third round, setting the stage for a showdown against the treble winners.
For Tottenham, the FA Cup presents a vital opportunity to end their 16-year trophy drought, especially after a lacklustre EFL Cup exit and with no European honours in contention. Pedro Porro's spectacular second-half strike secured their third-round triumph over Burnley, extending their home winning streak to four matches.
Tottenham will continue without key players due to Africa Cup of Nations and Asian Cup commitments, with Pape Sarr, Yves Bissouma, and Son Heung-min unavailable. Injuries sideline Dane Scarlett, Alejo Veliz, Giovani Lo Celso, and Ben Davies, while James Maddison and Manor Solomon target comebacks. Spurs await further updates from Postecoglou. Dejan Kulusevski and Ryan Sessegnon are likely to return, and Micky van de Ven's issue was just cramp, providing some relief for the Lilywhites.
Manchester City, the reigning champions, commenced their FA Cup defence with a resounding 5-0 win over Huddersfield Town. Coming off a dramatic 3-2 victory against Newcastle in the Premier League, where Kevin De Bruyne's brilliance salvaged the day, City will aim to avoid a rare fourth-round exit. Guardiola's team faces a Tottenham side that has historically troubled them at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, where City have yet to score in five attempts, intensifying the intrigue of this FA Cup encounter.
For Manchester City, Ederson's availability remains uncertain after a collision with Sean Longstaff led to his early substitution against Newcastle. Erling Haaland is unlikely to return, facing setbacks in his recovery, while John Stones and Manuel Akanji have injury doubts, with Guardiola expressing hope for Akanji's possible inclusion in the squad on Friday
Tottenham Hotspur possible starting lineup:

Manchester City possible starting lineup:

Spurs vs Man City Tips
Man City are arguably the best club side in world football and don’t concede too many shots, the Spurs shot line has been set at 10.5, which gives us a nice price on both Porro and Kulusevski to register just one shot.
Porro has registered a shot in all but two of his twenty-one matches this season, with Kulusevski posting a similar streak, only failing to register a shot twice in his twenty-five appearances this season. They have both now registered a shot in ten straight games and in front of a home crowd with a shot line of 10.5 I fancy both of these to let fire. This bet won in their last meeting with City in December, at the Etihad, with Kulusevski’s late goal securing a point for Spurs.
With such solid numbers, albeit in of the toughest possible games, I think it's worth taking the higher lines on both for a small stake at a large price.
In the twenty-one matches for Porro, he has managed to hit two shots on nine occasions (43%). Kulusevski's record is slightly better and across his twenty-five appearances he has registered two shots on fourteen occasions (56%). This longshot has won for Porro/Kulusevski three times in their last eight starts together, against Forest, Newcastle and Aston Villa. A tough ask against this City side, but if they trail which is highly likely, someone has to shoot, right
