Sunderland vs. Millwall Betting Tips: Two tips for Championship clash

After an enforced three-week break due to the World Cup, with the tournament hitting the end of the Group Stages it means that the Championship finally returns on Saturday lunchtime, kicking off with a clash between Sunderland and Millwall.
We’ve previewed the game and provided you with two enticing bets for your perusal.
With no VAR decisions to offer a glut of penalties, and goals to be given/taken away - along with plenty of added time on top to contend with - it will make a refreshing change to watch a game for 90 minutes and not have a Gianni Infantino anywhere to been seen, and he is definitely not "Championship".
Starting off the return of the Championship are two of the teams that still have games in hand, high-flying Millwall (6th) and mid-table Sunderland (15th), although they are both only separated by four points in what is turning out to be a competitive and tight season in the league.
Hosts Sunderland head into the game on the back of a 2-0 win against bottom-of-the-table Huddersfield Town, while the visitors are also looking to continue their winning run after their impressive 4-2 win over Preston North End.
Sunderland have had a mixed start to their season but a home tie with a refreshed team could see them having the advantage over Millwall and once again make the Stadium of Light a place to dread visiting.
Team News
Sunderland Head Coach Tony Mowbray confirmed that Ross Stewart could have an outside chance of making the squad with Lynden Gooch and Aji Alese both being back in full contention having trained with the squad
For Millwall, Gary Rowett will have to cope without the trio of Tyler Burey, Benik Afobe, and Ryan Leonard, but Shaun Hutchinson did return in the Friendly against Brondby IF. Zian Flemming and Charlie Cresswell look set to keep their places following their goals at Deepdale.
Sunderland vs Millwall Tips
Despite the break, Millwall's Flemming will still be buoyed on by his hattrick performance against PNE in his last outing and although he's not been consistently featuring on the scoresheet, he is currently the highest-scoring player on the Millwall team and so far this season has scored eight goals and he has made 52 shots with just under 50% of them (20) on target.
No Sunderland player has a poor disciplinary record than Jay Matete, from only 7 appearances this season he has clocked 4 yellow cards, that's a 57% yellow card ratio to games played. Corry Evans claims the most cards for Sunderland with 7 to date, but that is from 18 appearances (38%).
Sunderland this season has only failed to score on 5 occasions from 20 matches played while Millwall has scored a goal in 12 of their 20 games so we can easily see both teams creating a goal but with Sunderland having the home advantage we feel that all three points will be theirs.
