This will be the first between between the countries since the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup final, which Brazil won 3-0 on home soil.
The Seleção had been enduring a difficult run of form heading into March's international break. They were winless in four matches and had lost three in a row. However, new boss Dorival Junior enjoyed a winning start to his tenure after his inexperienced side beat England 1-0 at Wembley thanks to a second-half goal from youngster Endrick.
As for Spain, their eight game winning run came to an end after they lost 1-0 to Colombia at the London Stadium; their first friendly defeat since 2016.
Now, back on home soil, Spain have been installed as the 11/10 favourites for the win, a draw can be backed at 9/4, while a Brazil victory is priced at 2/1 (all with CopyBet)
Spain vs Brazil Tips
I like the look of CopyBet's 21/20 offering of either Endrick or Vinicius Jr to score at the Bernabeu on Tuesday night.
Endrick stole the headlines on Saturday when he came off the bench to score a famous winner against England. The teenage sensation, 17, has scored eight goals in his last 17 games for club and country, and will be eager to put on a show at the home of his future employers Real Madrid, with the Palmeiras player making the switch this summer.
Vinicius Jr has accumulated 26 goals involvements (18 goals, eight assists) in 28 club-level games this season. Brazil may be in the away dressing room on Tuesday, yet the Bernabeu is home for Real Madrid's Vinicius Jr, with the winger scoring seven goals in his last eight matches at the famous stadium, including his last two appearances against RB Leipzig and Celta Vigo.
Using CopyBet's Bet Builder feature, I've comprised a 17.38/1 treble which requires Spain to score first, Under 2.5 Goals, and Lucas Paqueta to be carded.
Prior to the weekend's surprise defeat to Colombia in London, Spain had won their last eight matches, scoring first in seven of those.
In three of those matches, they took the lead within five minutes, and now back on familiar territory at the Bernabeu I think the hosts look a decent price at 3/4 to open the scoring against an injury-hit Brazil side that, prior to the England win, had lost three straight games to Uruguay, Colombia, and Brazil, and were previously held to a 1-1 draw by Venezuela.
Under 2.5 goals looks the way to go here. Five of Brazil's last six matches have come under this bracket, with The Seleção failing to score more than one goal in any of this fixtures. Under 2.5 goals has landed in half of Spain's previous eight games, including three of the last five.
Lucas Paqueta is 9/2 to pick up another yellow card which looks highly possible if he plays in the same comparative manner as he did against England. The West Ham midfielder was booked for a late challenge on Jude Bellingham - and was perhaps fortunate not to receive another following a string of fouls - taking his number of cards for the season into double figures. Often at the heart of the action, the 26-year-old's temperament will now be put to the test on Tuesday in a game in which Spain are likely to have plenty of the ball.
