Spain vs. Switzerland Betting Tips: Two tips for this Group B clash

One of Saturday’s evening Nations League games sees top vs bottom clash in League A Group B, as Spain host Hungary in Zaragoza.
Spain vs Switzerland Tips
Spain currently sit one point clear at the top of Group B, where they can potentially secure qualification to the Finals, should they win and second place Portugal lose. La Roja are in good form heading towards the World Cup, having been unbeaten in their last eight games. Securing a visit to the Nations League Finals will put them in good standing ahead of this winter in Qatar, where they may once again be seen as genuine competitors.
Jordi Alba will look to regain his place at left-back ahead of fellow Barcelona full-back Alejandro Balde, while Borja Iglesias may look to win his first cap, after scoring six goals in his opening six La Liga games.
Switzerland currently sit at the bottom of Group B, but will come into this game with some form of confidence, after their recent 1-0 over Portugal on matchday four. Relegation, however, is on the cards for the Swiss on Saturday night, should they lose and the Czech Republic overcome Portugal.
Haris Seferovic is set to lead the line on Saturday, with Ricardo Rodriguez potentially starting at left-back, depending on fitness.
As ever, we’ve looked ahead to the game, and picked out two tips to go with it.
We’ve got two smaller priced bets for this game, and we’re starting off looking at Spain to win and both teams not to score.
This bet landed in the previous meeting between these two sides, with La Roja coming out on top 1-0. Spain have won both of their last two games without conceding, and their current unbeaten run will give them hope of something similar here.
It’s also worth noting that two of Switzerland’s three Nations League losses have seen them not score, with the other fixture being a 4-0 drubbing away at Portugal. We’ve picked Bet365 as our bookmaker for this selection, priced at 5/4.
Moving on, we’re looking to Ferran Torres to score during the game. Whatever trouble Torres has had with Barcelona, the young forward doesn’t seem to have those issues when playing for his country.
13 goals in 28 caps is no shabby return, and his 2021 stats of eight goals in 15 appearances was superb at times. With the confidence flowing amongst the Spanish squad, expect chances aplenty as they look to secure qualification to the next stage of the Nations League.
