Premier League Winner Odds 2023/24: Bookmakers say there is a 69% chance City make it four in a row

The 2023/24 Premier League season is shaping up to be one of the best ever with just three points separating the top-five sides in the table as we head into the final international break of the year.
Read below for our deep-dive into how the title picture is shaping up among bookmakers for the current Premier League season.
Manchester City - 4/9
After starting the season as the 8/11 favourites to lift their fourth consecutive league title, Manchester City have seen their odds slashed into just 4/9.
Pep Guardiola’s side had lost back-to-back league matches on the road at Wolves and Arsenal heading into October’s international break, which saw them drift to their biggest price of the campaign so far at 4/5 with some firms.
Since then City have responded well with five straight victories across all competitions before playing out an absolute barnstorming 4-4 draw with Chelsea. Their latest price of 4/9 implies a 69% chance that Manchester City will make Premier League history and become the first side to win four on the bounce.
Arsenal - 11/2
Despite a stunning 2022/23 season, Arsenal ultimately fell short when it counted the most. Nevertheless, their impressive start to the latest campaign keeps them as the second favourites in the Premier League outright winner market.
The Gunners had been unbeaten in domestic action so far this term until they travelled to Newcastle at the start of the month and as we head into November’s international break, they have taken 27 points from a possible 36 - leaving them one behind the league leaders.
For those looking to get behind Arsenal this season, 11/2 is available with William Hill - a price that could well shorten in the coming weeks due to Mikel Arteta’s side not facing any of the ‘big-six’ in their next four outings.
Liverpool - 13/2
If Liverpool had not dropped points away at Luton at the start of November, The Reds would sit top of the pile heading into the latest round of Euro 2024 qualifying matches.
Jurgen Klopp’s side finished a whopping 22 points behind Manchester City last season and their only defeat this time round was a controversial one at Spurs due to some dubious VAR decisions.
Mo Salah has already made it to double figures in the goal-charts, but his departure to the African Cup of Nations in January is sure to be a big one.
Before a ball was kicked this season, punters could have grabbed 8/1 for a repeat of their success in 2020, with their current offering ever so slightly shorter at 13/2.
Tottenham - 33/1
After 12 matches of the 2023/24 campaign, Spurs find themselves just two points off the top of the table. Ange Postecoglou has revolutionised the squad and has instilled a new attractive style of play that has mostly paid dividends so far.
The new former Celtic boss became the first top-flight manager to claim the first three possible manager of the month awards by scooping October’s trophy, however since then he has suffered back-to-back defeats against Chelsea and Wolves.
After being backed into 8/1 a few weeks prior, Tottenham are now chalked-up at 33/1 for Premier League glory, although it is worth noting that some betting sites have two places each-way available at 1/3 odds.
Newcastle - 100/1
We then have a big jump in price all the way out to three-figures where Newcastle can be found at 100/1.
Eddie Howe’s side were beaten 2-0 by Bournemouth last Saturday with Kieran Trippier telling fans “not to panic” after the game as some supporters criticised the Magpies performance.
Newcastle have a series of difficult fixtures ahead with Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham in the Premier League in the next month, while they also have to try and navigate PSG and AC Milan in the Champions League.
Others
Following on from Newcastle we then have Aston Villa who are just three points behind Manchester City in the standings. Unai Emery has worked wonders at Villa Park and his side have won a remarkable consecutive 13 home league matches. Villa are now just 150/1 along with Manchester United despite Erik ten Hag’s side having collected four points fewer this season.
