Premier League Top 4 Odds 2023/24: Latest betting for a Champions League finish

The new Premier League season is just around the corner and today at BettingOdds.com we’ve taken a look at the odds available on a top-4 finish for the 2023/24 campaign.
Top-4 Finish Odds 2023/24
So let’s get straight into the market and it’s no surprise to see Manchester City at the head of the betting. Pep Guardiola’s side have lifted the league trophy in five of the last six renewals and are priced at just 1/14 for a top-4 finish this time round.
Next up we have Arsenal, who can be backed at 1/2 with several trusted betting sites. The Gunners surprised most people last term, pushing Manchester City until the final month of season. The signing of Declan Rice should give them a new dimension in midfield and those odds of 1/2 imply a 67% chance that they can follow up with another top-4 finish.
At the slightly bigger price of 4/7 we have Liverpool. Last season was the first time since 2015/16 that The Reds have failed to qualify for the Champions League, but with some players such as Alexis Mac Allister and Dominic Szoboszlai arriving this summer, they will be confident of making a return this campaign.
Significant progress has been made under Erik ten Hag at Old Trafford, and for those who believe Manchester United will once again finish inside the top-4, a general 8/11 to is available.
Eddie Howe has returned the feel good factor to St James’ Park, with Champions League football to look forward to in the coming months. Expect more big signings before the end of the transfer window, with a general 6/4 on show for a repeat in the season ahead for Newcastle.
Several bookmakers have chalked-up Chelsea at 13/8 for a top-4 finish this time round, although there is quite a discrepancy between prices, with others such as bet365 and 888Sport going just 5/4.
We then have a bit of a jump in the odds, out to 7/2 where Spurs can be found. Much will depend on if Harry Kane remains at the club for the season ahead, with the forward currently 11/8 to still be a Spurs player at the end of the window.
Many expected Brighton to regress after the departure of Graham Potter, but under the stewardship of Roberto De Zerbi, the Seagulls kicked on and achieved a stunning sixth place finish last season. Bookies went 25/1 12 months ago on a top-four finish for Brighton, while this term they are much shorter at 6/1.
The arrival of Pau Torres at Villa Park looks one of the standout signings in the top-flight this summer. Unai Emery has worked wonders since his arrival at Aston Villa back in October and finished the campaign with seven consecutive home league wins. For punters looking to get behind a top-4 finish this season, 10/1 is available with both Paddy Power and Betfair.
Following their Europa conference League triumph in June, West Ham can be sided with at a best-price of 40/1 for a top-4 finish in 2023/24. The departure of Declan Rice to Arsenal is sure to be a huge loss and they will need to spend the money wisely if they do not want to find themselves in the bottom half of the table again.
Brentford were the highest placed side from West London last season as they secured ninth spot. The Bees are 40/1 with most firms to somehow sneak into the Champions League spots this time round, but will be without Ivan Toney for a large period due to his ban.
Crystal Palace can be found in the market at 50/1, while Fulham are the only other side at a double-figure price at 80/1. You can find the rest of the odds from a range of bookmakers below.
Recommendation
As ever with this market, we like to stay away from the few teams at the head of the betting who are heavily odds-on, in order to find a more backable price. Newcastle United are the team who have caught our eye this season, with Betway being a stand-out best price at 15/8.
The Magpies had the joint best defence in the league along with Manchester City last term, conceding just 33 goals. The addition of Sandro Tonali looks a positive one and we expect them to add several other big names before the window closes. Alexander Isak scored 10 league goals in just 17 starts last season and is another who can kick-on under Eddie Howe and help his side secure another top-4 finish.
