Premier League Referee Appointments: Gameweek 10

It's Gameweek 10 in the Premier League this weekend and fans should note that there is no early kick-of in the top-flight on Saturday. Instead we have three televised matches on Sunday with Everton vs Manchester United being shown live on BT Sport at 7pm.
