Premier League Gameweek 12 Predictions
Wolves vs Tottenham
- Saturday 11th November, 12.30pm, TNT Sports 1
Tottenham suffered their first league defeat of the season last time out against Chelsea, and will now be missing a number of players for the trip to Wolves due to injury and suspension.
Wolves sunk to a surprise defeat at Sheffield United which brought to an end their four game unbeaten run, which included a win over Man City and draws with Aston Villa and Newcastle.
Wolves have only been beaten twice in their last 11 home games and I'm backing them to avoid defeat here.
Jack Kitson's Prediction: Wolves 1-1 Tottenham
Bournemouth vs Newcastle
- Saturday 11th November, 5.30pm, Sky Sports
Bournemouth host Newcastle on Saturday evening in a game in which I think we could see the home side cause the visitors problems.
Newcastle have been a solid team this season but their away form is still a massive concern to me. They have recorded two wins on the road and lost at Dortmund mid-week.
Bournemouth beat Burnley recently and were unfortunate not to get anything from the defeat to Liverpool. I think they can test this Newcastle side and I'm expecting both teams to score in a draw.
Steven McQuillan Prediction: Bournemouth 1-1 Newcastle
West Ham vs Nottingham Forest
- Sunday 12th November, 2pm, Sky Sports
Just one point separates Nottingham Forest and West Ham in the table.
Forest are in better form, having lost just one of their last five matches, while The Hammers have only won one of their last seven in the league, losing their last three in a row.
However, Forest do not travel particularly well, claiming only one victory on the road this season.
I can see this match being a stalemate, but with goals.
Michael Bates' Prediction: West Ham 2-2 Nottingham Forest
Chelsea vs Man City
- Sunday 12th November, 4.30pm, Sky Sports
After a crazy game in which they somehow made hard work of a 4-1 win against nine-man Spurs, Chelsea's devilishly tricky run of fixtures takes another turn as they welcome the champions Man City.
The Citizens swept Bournemouth aside in the league last time out, aided by an inspired Jeremy Doku performance, and will be full of confidence heading to Stamford Bridge.
Nicolas Jackson's late hat-trick away at Spurs will have boosted his confidence and City have been lazy at the back of late, but the champions should have too much class for a still stuttering Chelsea side.
Billy Grimshaw's Prediction: Chelsea 1-3 Man City
