Paul Pogba Next Club Odds: Saudi Arabia, MLS, PSG and Real Madrid all mentioned
Paul Pogba is yet again the subject of a number of transfer rumours this window with Juventus reportedly trying to force him out of the club due to a lack of playing time and a massive wage bill.
Pogba’s return to Italy has not quite gone to play with the midfielder only managing 160 minutes in the 2022/23 season with Juventus rumoured to be keen to invest their funds elsewhere.
We’ve had a look at what the betting sites think may happen with Pogba this window...
Any Saudi Pro League Team
Paul Pogba has been rumoured to be off to the Saudi Pro League this summer.
He’d be one of many stars in Europe making the switch to Saudi and whilst some of them are saying it’s not about the money, Pogba would definitely be fetching himself a very hefty contract if he was on the move here.
Reports are suggesting that Saudi clubs are very interested in Pogba and that’s no surprise, but it might be a tough task convincing him to join.
The original reported offer was only £15m for Pogba which is crazy-low, if an improved offer comes in, it could progress much further.
Any MLS Team
It’s no secret that Paul Pogba loves the social media lifestyle. He seems to be in the United States quite a lot and whilst he’s not quite a star out there yet, a move to the MLS could make him quite the star in the news.
The MLS has always been an option for players progressing to the end of their career and whilst Pogba isn’t near the end just yet - with European clubs not being interested in him - a move to the MLS could further bolster his stardom in the world and set him up for life after football.
Any French Club
Paul Pogba is French through and through. He’s very connected to his home country and a move to PSG has always been something rumoured when it comes to his next club.
The market states 'any French club' but PSG really does seem like the only option.
He’s currently 8/1 to go to any French team which may seem a big price but nothing has been reported about him joining PSG so far.
If PSG do have a few more outgoings with Mbappe and Neymar rumoured to be leaving, they may try and find a new star for their club which could be Pogba.
Real Madrid
Real Madrid have previously been as short as under even money to sign Pogba in the past. During his time at Manchester United, he spoke about how much admired the club and that he would definitely be open to a move there.
However, the Real Madrid midfield is stacked at the moment. They recently invested heavily in Jude Bellingham and already have the likes of Modric, Kroos, Camavinga, Bellingham, Tchouameni, and Valverde in the midfield - as good as Pogba can be, he’s not really needed here.
Stay at Juventus
Some betting sites are offering odds of 4/5 for Pogba to stay at Juventus for next season and that's what he apparently wants to do.
However, ultimately, it is not up to him and if Juventus feel he is wasting their time with the constant injuries and high wages, they could try and sell him to a club that Pogba likes the look of.
If a huge contract offer comes from Saudi Arabia, it might be tough for him to say no.
4/5 does infer that the betting sites fancy him to stay in Italy but it's no certainty. If a club wants Pogba's services for next season, they could very well get them with the right offer.
