Man Utd vs. Crystal Palace Betting Tips: 15/1 cards double features in Old Trafford clash

For the second time this week, Manchester United entertain Crystal Palace at Old Trafford - on this occasion the two meet in the Premier League at 3pm on Saturday.
Tuesday's Carabao Cup tie was a one-sided affair in the host's favour. Palace failed to land a single glove on United, who at the weekend had managed to end a three-game skid with a tight win over Burnley at Turf Moor.
Just one point separates the two in the Premier League table, with Roy Hodgson's side displaying an equal split of two wins, two draws and two defeats from their opening six matches.
For ten Hag and co, they'll be hoping to put losses to Tottenham, Arsenal and most recently Brighton behind them, with the aforementioned Spurs occupying the final Champions League place and sitting five points above them in the rankings.
Man Utd vs Crystal Palace Tips
Tuesday's meeting was comfortably United's best performance of the season so far. The 3-0 win and the home side's showing was a combination of United doing everything you'd expect them to coupled with the visitors serving up a woeful display.
Managing just four shots and seeing only 31% of the ball at Old Trafford is one of many points to prove that Palace seem to have regressed after placing Roy Hodgson back in permanent charge of the club.
The Eagles have fired a blank in their two most recent outings, drawing 0-0 with Fulham last weekend before the midweek defeat to Saturday's opponents.
There is of course still a huge cloud of uncertainty hanging over Man Utd, but they have enough to see off a tepid Crystal Palace side who have won just one in their last six on the road in the PL and have glaring issues in front of goal.
Saturday's contest is set to showcase the division's most fouled player in Jordan Ayew and the high-strung Diogo Dalot. Although these two aren't expected to be directly opposing one another, we think there's enough of a case here to back both being booked.
In addition to being fouled more than any other player both last season and so far during this campaign, only Lucas Paqueta has given away more free-kicks than Ayew's total of 13.
The Palace forward was booked against Arsenal in the first Monday Night Football of the new campaign, and added another card to his collection last time out vs Fulham.
Like Ayew, Diogo Dalot is a player with a short fuse, so even though Erik ten Hag is currently relying on the Portuguese full-back over Aaron Wan-Bissaka due to injury, it feels as though he's never too far away from breaking that trust.
Due to a system change, the pair did actually face one another on Tuesday and that resulted in both committing two fouls each.
As well as that midweek showing, Dalot was carded against Burnley last weekend and has conceded at least one foul in all four of his Premier League starts this term.
Whether they're opposing one another or not, Ayew's spoiled brat persona and Dalot's previous flagrant disregard for winger's wellbeing gives us plenty to go at with this double.
If they do play on opposite flanks, then Dalot will be responsible for marking Eberechi Eze, while Jordan Ayew will be running at Sergio Reguilon, which is still just as appealing given their nature.
Paddy Power have this same bet priced at 7/1, meaning we're getting over double the odds when backing it with bet365.
