Man City Quadruple Odds: 80/1 on offer for City to win all four trophies

Manchester City side are the odds-on favourites to defend their Premier League title and we’re continuing our build up to the new season by looking at various outright markets. Today’s we’ve focused our attention on multiple trophies and have cast an eye over City’s quadruple odds, along with their prices for various doubles and trebles in the forthcoming season.
The Cityzens bagged two trophies last year in winning the League Cup and the Premier League and with big money signings still potentially arriving this summer they could look even stronger this time out. We’ve taken a look at the previous winners of each of the four competitions City to see where Pep has performed best.
Premier League - 4/6
- 2016-17: Chelsea
- 2017-18: Manchester City
- 2018-19: Manchester City
- 2019-20: Liverpool
- 2020-21: Manchester City
It was a third league title in four seasons for City last term with them winning it by a 12-point margin to rivals Manchester United. On December 1st, Pep’s men found themselves in 11th, but a run of 15 straight victories propelled them up the table with City also keeping 10 clean sheets during that run. Should City get hold of Harry Kane this summer one would imagine their price would shorten again ever so slightly from the already compressed 4/6.
FA Cup - 7/2
FA Cup & Premier League double - 11/2
- 2016-17: Arsenal
- 2017-18: Chelsea
- 2018-19: Manchester City
- 2019-20: Arsenal
- 2020-21: Leicester City
Surprisingly, Manchester City have only reached one of the last eight FA Cup finals, where they would go on to give Watford a spanking in a 6-0 demolition job at Wembley. City were halted at the semi-finals last season by Chelsea and are 7/2 to win the competition outright, with 11/2 on offer for a Premier League and FA Cup double.

League Cup - 3/1
League Cup & Premier League double - 9/2
League Cup, Premier League & FA Cup treble - 20/1
- 2016-17: Manchester United
- 2017-18: Manchester City
- 2018-19: Manchester City
- 2019-20: Manchester City
- 2020-21: Manchester City
The League Cup has very much been City’s competition over recent years, with them winning the last four renewals. If we look further back beyond that they have in fact lifted the trophy in six of the last eight seasons! With many of the Premier League’s top sides often rotating and playing second string players in this competition, City’s strength in depth really stands out and at 3/1 they look a reasonable price for five in a row.
Champions League - 3/1
Champions League & Premier League double - 9/2
Champions League, Premier League & FA Cup treble - 18/1
Champions League, Premier League, FA Cup & League Cup quadruple - 80/1
- 2016-17: Real Madrid
- 2017-18: Real Madrid
- 2018-19: Liverpool
- 2019-20: Bayern Munich
- 2020-21: Chelsea
The curse of the forbidden Champions League trophy still hangs over Eastlands after City’s defeat to Chelsea in the final of last season. Chances like that don’t come along every year and with many of the European giants underperforming last term, we’d be in no rush to take the 3/1 for City to win it this time round as a single. 80/1 is the price on offer this season for a historic quadruple to be completed, however.
Verdict
There’s no denying that City are a short price to win this season’s Premier League title and it’s hard to argue them being such a strong favourite, but a more attractive prospect looks the Premier League and League Cup double at 9/2 with William Hill.
The League Cup has been a competition City have dominated of late, winning the last four trophies. The calibre of player that the club can call upon as their so called ‘second XI’ is absolutely frightening and this alone makes them strong favourites for this season.
The additions of Kane or Grealish being potentially added to City’s attacking options before the end of the window would also strengthen their case for another league title. Considering the Champions League disappointments in the latter stages over the last few years we’d be avoiding adding the European cup into any potential multiple trophy bets.
