Luton, with nine first-teamers injured, may have to go with the same squad who lost at Bournemouth, though Sambi Lokonga and Elijah Adebayo are close to returning.
Meanwhile, Willy Boly could make his first start since before Christmas to add aerial power to Forest’s back line.

Luton (3-4-3) Kaminski; Burke, Mengi, Hashioka; Kabore, Clark, Barkley, Doughty; Townsend, Morris, Chong

Luton vs Nottingham Forest Tips
Two out-of-form sides clash at Kenilworth Road in a game with major ramifications in the battle to avoid relegation from the Premier League.
A win for Luton would see Rob Edwards’ men leapfrog Forest into 17th and condemn Nuno Espirito Santo’s men to a bottom-three place going into the international break.
Victory for Forest, however, would see the visitors move six points from danger and give them some much-needed breathing space.
What is clear is that both managers will have targeted this game as a must-win fixture, so expect plenty of drama, plenty of tension and plenty of goals.
It was 2-2 when the teams met at the City Ground in October and another high-scorer is envisaged and taking both teams to score in a game with at least three goals appeals.
Predicting the winner, however, is harder to do given neither side looks particularly trustworthy at the moment.
Since crushing Brighton 4-0 in one of the best results of the season, Luton have taken just two points from a possible 21 and were crushed 6-2 by Manchester City in the FA Cup. In eight games since that Brighton success they have conceded a shocking 27 goals.
Injuries, especially in defence, are an issue but they just look too open and Forest, with pace to burn across their front line, should cause the home side a headache or two.
Forest’s problem is that they are also dropping like a stone, with only one league win since the turn of the year and they go to Kenilworth Road on the back of a trio of 1-0 losses.
They have also been embroiled in a brutal run of fixtures and while they ought to be encouraged by how close they have run top-half teams Arsenal, Newcastle and Liverpool over the past few weeks, they still came up short.
It’s hard to imagine there not being goals in this game and while Forest are arguably a better footballing team, the threat from Luton is obvious against the side who concede the most goals in the top division from set-plays.
Alfie Doughty, whose excellent delivery has yielded seven assists this season to go with a solitary goal, looks a realistic contender at 7/4 to either score or assist in the game.
