The sides met last week in an enthralling encounter at the Parc De Princes. The hosts dominated the match from the off, but an 87th-minute goal from substitute Harvey Elliot saw Liverpool take home the win. It was the Reds 2nd shot of the game, so it was the ultimate smash-and-grab for the away side. It was PSG’s first loss for 24 games when they lost 1-0 to Bayern Munich in a game where Ousmane Dembele was sent off in. Away from home, they are priced as the underdogs but will take confidence from their performance in the reverse fixture.

Liverpool have enjoyed a stellar campaign so far and look set to win only their second Premier League title in Arne Slot’s first season in charge. They also won all bar their final Champions League group game where they rotated heavily away at PSV.

The 26-year-old is averaging 3.11 foul involvements per 90 this season, including ten in his last 13.

Luis Diaz is likely to start as part of the front three again, with his hard work and endeavour crucial when holding onto a league. The Colombian is averaging 3.52 foul involvement per 90 and made two in the reverse game. He will also likely double up with Andrew Robertson on Khvicha Kvaratskhelia who has been fouled 2.37 times per 90 in Ligue 1 and 2.50 fouls per 90 in the Serie A.

Ousmane Dembele has perhaps failed to live up to his wonderkid tag throughout his career but is playing the best football of his life.

He has scored 28 goals in 35 appearances this season, averaging 1.29 goals per 90 in Ligue 1.

In the Champions League, he is averaging 0.79 goals per 90 and 6.20 shots and 1.85 shots on target per 90. In 2025, he has scored 19 goals in 12 starts, only failing to score against Brest and Liverpool - despite eight shots against the Reds.
